The long side uses an asymmetrical tooth arrangement (starting with a 3/4-inch solid block and ending with 1-1/4 inches). To accommodate standard 3D printer bed sizes (under 9 inches), the lid is split into two halves that lock together using a stepped, half-lap puzzle joint. This keeps the assembled lid flush and prevents the joint from dropping through. Dimensions Overall Size: 12 7/16" × 3 7/16" Thickness: 1/4" (with a 1/8" half-lap at the puzzle joint) Main Hole: 1-1/2" diameter, placed 2-1/4" from the left edge Ventilation Holes: Five rows of 3/16" holes, spaced 1/2" on center.
