Truncated Annular Aerospike Nozzle
Standard bell nozzles are a rigid compromise—they only hit peak efficiency at one specific altitude, meaning they waste fuel everywhere else. The aerospike solves this by turning the engine inside out. The exhaust plume expands against the central spike on the inside and the atmosphere itself on the outside, automatically adjusting its own expansion ratio as pressure drops. This is a functional model of an annular aerospike, heavily optimized for FDM printing. It uses a mathematically derived 1.5-power-law curve for the central plug, which efficiently redirects the radial flow from the combustion chamber into pure axial thrust. Engine Specs Throat Gap: 2 mm annular clearance around the base of the spike. Truncation: The spike is cut at 80% of its theoretical ideal length. This flat base eliminates dead weight while retaining roughly 99% of the full-spike efficiency, thanks to base-pressure recirculation. Support Structure: 6 internal struts carry the outer cowl load across the combustion chamber. Printability: Fully print-in-place with no supports required. The base sits flat, and the steepest overhang in the combustion section is well within safe limits.

Adapter designed to mate a 1.0-inch classic cap to the newer 1.7-inch Dawn dish soap bottle neck. Fitment Notes: Base (Female): Fits over the 1.7" (43.18mm) male threads of the new bottle. Sized to 43.8mm inner diameter to provide clearance for FDM tolerances. Top (Male): Provides a 1.0" (25.4mm) male thread for the old cap. Sized to 25.2mm outer diameter so the factory plastic cap won't bind. Pitch: Modeled at roughly 6 TPI (4.23mm pitch), standard for most coarse bottle threads. An air compressor adapter designed to interface a 1/4" NPT blow gun with a precise 3mm outer-diameter nozzle. The part features a clean, support-free geometry that steps inward as it prints, transitioning smoothly from a 14mm hex base up through the threads, capping off with a reinforced 1mm fillet at the base of the delicate tip. Print and Application Notes Print Orientation: Prints exactly as oriented (hex base flat on the bed). No supports are required for the threads, ceiling, or nozzle. Sealing: The threads are rendered straight rather than tapered—wrap with a couple of layers of PTFE thread tape to ensure a tight pneumatic seal when threading into the metal gun. Material: PETG or ABS is highly recommended over PLA to handle the pressure spikes and avoid brittleness at the tiny 1mm bore tip.

1/4" NPT Golf Grip Air Adapter v2
Adapter to mate a 1/4" NPT air compressor blow gun directly to a golf club grip vent hole. Uses a 16mm hex drive for tightening. Fitment Notes Mating Surface: 1/4" NPT female blow gun ports. The model uses a straight 18 TPI thread (13.5mm OD) that relies on Teflon tape to seal against the tapered female bore. Output: 3mm OD nipple, 4mm long.
