A rugged, two-piece protective case engineered to house bulky, wraparound eyewear. The two halves print flat and assemble via a robust mechanical hinge, securing shut with discrete magnetic closures.
Print both halves flat on the bed. Once complete, insert the magnets into their corresponding pockets (a drop of CA glue is recommended), align the back knuckles, and thread a piece of 1.75mm filament straight through the hinge line. Snip the excess filament flush.

Fit and Fabrication Span: Bridges an 89.5mm gap per side (assumes a 286mm wide switch). Side Mounting: Features three generous slots rather than fixed holes, accommodating variations in where TP-Link drills their chassis. Uses standard M3 or M4 screws. Rack Mounting: Standard 1U slotted holes (31.75mm center-to-center). Printing: Both ears lay flat on their front face. Zero supports required. Print in PETG or ABS if your rack runs hot, though standard PLA is structurally fine for a switch this light.
A robust, monolithic wall hook designed specifically for the bulk and straps of bicycle helmets. The sweeping, angled arm reaches out far enough to clear the wall, terminating in a rounded lip that won't dig into foam liners or fray fabric straps. Built to print cleanly standing up, the overhang angles are steep enough to self-support on most FDM machines. Mounting Details Backplate: 120mm tall by 40mm wide, distributing the load. Hardware: Two standard 5mm countersunk screw holes. Clearance: The upper screw hole is positioned well above the hook's lip to ensure a screwdriver can reach it straight-on without interference.
GridLock is a custom-fit drawer divider system completely stripped down to its essentials. Sized specifically to frame out compartments without wasting material on a floor, this open-grid organizer drops directly into a drawer, letting the existing liner or wood bottom show through. The frame has been split into four cleanly cut sections to allow printing a large 13.5-inch wide organizer on standard 220mm square print plates. The 3x3 grid perfectly fits all 9 distinct resource types with room to spare, and the compartments feature scooped bottoms so tokens slide out easily with a fingertip. The lid prints flat, drops in with a loose 0.5mm clearance, and includes a finger hole to easily pop it open. Slip-fit caps always pop open exactly when you drop the case on the floor, scattering thin brittle sticks everywhere. I swapped the friction fit for a short threaded section — just three coarse turns so it secures fast but doesn't take all day to unscrew. Sizing and Fit Short Case: Fits standard 5.25" (133mm) sticks with a couple of millimetres to spare. Long Case: Fits 8.75" (222mm) sticks. Threads: 3mm pitch, 9mm length. Prints fine without supports, but don't over-tighten on the first test fit until the threads wear in.
