Assembly Notes

These custom rack ears bolt right into the side of a TP-Link SG2016P, bridging the gap to a standard 19-inch server rack so it actually stays put. Fit and Fabrication Span: Bridges an 89.5mm gap per side (assumes a 286mm wide switch). Side Mounting: Features three generous slots rather than fixed holes, accommodating variations in where TP-Link drills their chassis. Uses standard M3 or M4 screws. Rack Mounting: Standard 1U slotted holes (31.75mm center-to-center). Printing: Both ears lay flat on their front face. Zero supports required. Print in PETG or ABS if your rack runs hot, though standard PLA is structurally fine for a switch this light.
Monolithic Helmet Hook
A robust, monolithic wall hook designed specifically for the bulk and straps of bicycle helmets. The sweeping, angled arm reaches out far enough to clear the wall, terminating in a rounded lip that won't dig into foam liners or fray fabric straps. Built to print cleanly standing up, the overhang angles are steep enough to self-support on most FDM machines. Mounting Details Backplate: 120mm tall by 40mm wide, distributing the load. Hardware: Two standard 5mm countersunk screw holes. Clearance: The upper screw hole is positioned well above the hook's lip to ensure a screwdriver can reach it straight-on without interference.
GridLock — Split Open Drawer Frame
GridLock is a custom-fit drawer divider system completely stripped down to its essentials. Sized specifically to frame out compartments without wasting material on a floor, this open-grid organizer drops directly into a drawer, letting the existing liner or wood bottom show through. The frame has been split into four cleanly cut sections to allow printing a large 13.5-inch wide organizer on standard 220mm square print plates. Dimensions Total Assembled Footprint: 342.9 mm wide × 228.6 mm deep (13.5" × 9") Height: 25.4 mm (1") Maximum Piece Size: 171.5 mm × 114.3 mm (fits comfortably on an Ender 3 or Prusa MK series) Layout One full-width front compartment (3.5" deep). Two back compartments (one exactly 3.5" wide, the other filling the remaining space). No bottom—sits flush on your drawer base. Assembly Notes The four quadrants print completely flat without supports. Because the perimeter walls are thin to maximize storage space, they use straight flush cuts rather than bulky joints. Just add a drop of superglue (CA glue) to the seams, press them together on a flat surface, and you're good to go.

Wer größere Rohre nutzt, kann den Hauptkörper entsprechend verbreitern. Haken-Geometrie: Der Ausleger ragt 12 mm nach vorne, die Spitze zieht 16 mm nach oben. Das lässt sich gut durch flache Halterungen oder Ösen ersetzen. Gewinde: Das M10x2 Gewinde hat im Gehäuse 10,6 mm Durchmesser (intern). Für mehr Klemmkraft auf glatten Metallrohren kann die Schraube gegen eine Standard-Metallschraube mit Gummipad getauscht werden.

The 3x3 grid perfectly fits all 9 distinct resource types with room to spare, and the compartments feature scooped bottoms so tokens slide out easily with a fingertip. The lid prints flat, drops in with a loose 0.5mm clearance, and includes a finger hole to easily pop it open. Dimensions Overall Footprint: 204 mm × 108 mm × 23 mm (fully assembled) Compartments: 9 bays, 65 mm × 33 mm × 19 mm deep Clearance: 0.5 mm drop-in tolerance for the lid Print notes The lid is already oriented upside down to print flat without supports. The debossed text on the first layer is mirrored in the file so it reads correctly when you flip it over to cap the tray.
Threaded Dual Incense Cases
Slip-fit caps always pop open exactly when you drop the case on the floor, scattering thin brittle sticks everywhere. I swapped the friction fit for a short threaded section — just three coarse turns so it secures fast but doesn't take all day to unscrew. Sizing and Fit Short Case: Fits standard 5.25" (133mm) sticks with a couple of millimetres to spare. Long Case: Fits 8.75" (222mm) sticks. Threads: 3mm pitch, 9mm length. Prints fine without supports, but don't over-tighten on the first test fit until the threads wear in.
