Description
A compact, teardrop-shaped dispenser designed specifically for sticker rolls. The two halves snap together smoothly to fully enclose the roll, protecting the stickers and keeping the tape aligned.
Design Details
- Capacity: Fits rolls up to 95mm outer diameter and 16mm width.
- Interlock: 5mm deep stepped lip with a 0.3mm radial clearance for a secure, tool-free friction fit right off the bed.
- Walls: 4mm thick for rigidity, stepping down seamlessly into the inner cavity.
- Exit: A simple 18mm front slot lets the tape pull freely without snagging.
Both halves print flat on their outer faces without supports. If you find the friction fit too tight or too loose on your printer, the clearance parameter is the first thing to adjust.
