Description
Slip-fit caps always pop open exactly when you drop the case on the floor, scattering thin brittle sticks everywhere. I swapped the friction fit for a short threaded section — just three coarse turns so it secures fast but doesn't take all day to unscrew.

A compact, support-free storage case designed to print as a single assembled unit. The clamshell design lies flat on the build plate, using internal conical pins to create a working 180-degree hinge straight off the printer. Dimensions: 30mm square footprint when closed; 20mm total height. Mechanism: Integrated conical barrel hinge with 0.4mm clearances. Closure: Friction-fit horizontal snap ridge on the front lip. Print Setup: Requires no supports. Best printed in PLA or PETG with standard 0.2mm layer heights.

A sturdy wall-mounted shelf featuring a J-profile design with open sides. Built specifically to support moderate loads up to 2 kg, it includes a generous structural fillet at the rear corner and three countersunk mounting points to distribute weight evenly against the wall. A pronounced front lip keeps displayed items securely in place. Dimensions Overall Width: 240 mm Overall Depth: 80 mm Back Wall Height: 60 mm Front Rim Height: 30 mm Material Thickness: 6 mm Print Notes Prints flat in its natural orientation (bottom surface on the build plate). The integrated countersunk holes are designed to be printed horizontally; they will bridge correctly on most standard FDM profiles without requiring internal supports. Recommended to use at least 3 perimeters (walls) for structural strength. Assembly Mounts directly to a flat surface using three standard flathead or countersunk screws (up to 4.5 mm thread diameter, 9 mm head). Suitable wall anchors are recommended based on the mounting surface to achieve the full 2 kg load capacity.
A sturdy, minimalist cylindrical container with a flush snap-fit lid. Designed to hold small components, screws, or bits, keeping them securely enclosed. Features Overall Dimensions: 50mm outer diameter, 20mm internal depth. Snap-Fit Mechanism: Features a continuous locking ridge and corresponding groove that engages firmly with a satisfying click. Flush Design: The lid sits completely flush with the outside walls when closed. Print-Ready: The lid is provided in an upside-down orientation, allowing both pieces to print cleanly without any supports.
A full-scale dimensional model of a standard closet shelf and rod assembly. The shelf sits above with integrated support brackets dropping down to hold the hanging rod securely. Designed at a 1:1 scale to the requested dimensions, it includes: 4-foot (1219mm) overall width 16-inch (406mm) depth with a 1.5-inch (38mm) thick main shelf 1.25-inch diameter hanging rod dropped 75mm below the shelf Three integrated support brackets positioned at the ends and center

This monolithic flush-fit cylinder is built to securely house a 38x110mm object. Designed with a seamless exterior, the cap integrates a deeply cut coarse thread that bites firmly and closes flush with the main body walls. The top features a dedicated multi-part text inlay, arranged in an arc, ready for a multi-material print or a precise press-fit assembly. Design Details Clearances: 40.5mm internal diameter with a 112mm depth ensures no binding. Mechanism: Coarse 4mm pitch threads with 0.8mm diametrical clearance. Grip: 12 vertical flutes cut into the cap for torque. Inlay: Text elements are separated into their own part for dual-color extrusion.
An all-in-one drop-in organizer designed to slip cleanly into the gap between sofa cushions. Unlike two-piece anchored designs, this relies on a deep, wedge-shaped body that bottoms out softly in the crevice, while a flared top lip rests lightly on the cushion edges to prevent it from vanishing into the void. The inline layout fits four remotes edge-to-edge without forcing the cushions awkwardly wide. Dimensions Overall Footprint: 236mm wide x 85mm deep at the lip. Insertion Depth: 110mm deep wedge. Compartments: 4 independent slots (49mm wide each), tapering from top to bottom to lightly grip remotes. Print notes Can be printed directly on its base with standard settings. The walls are flared outward, meaning it prints entirely support-free.
