Description
A static 1/400 scale airport jetbridge model, dimensioned specifically for widebody aircraft like the Boeing 777, 787, and Airbus A350. The model is scaled so the cab floor rests roughly 11.5 mm off the apron, translating to a 4.6-meter door sill height in real life.
Features:
- Rotunda: 20 mm tall pivot base to anchor against terminal buildings.
- Tunnels: Fixed stepped sections showing the inner and outer telescopic sleeves, topped with low-profile AC units.

5/16x14 Cue Joint Protectors
A matched set of joint protectors for pool cues using the 5/16x14 piloted joint standard, heavily used by Schon and similar makers. Includes a female cap to protect the exposed butt pin, and a male plug to seal the shaft insert. Both feature fluted outside edges for easy threading and unthreading. Remix Hooks Cue Diameter: Default is 21.5mm OD. Thicker cues might want 22mm; older cues might sit closer to 21.2mm. Clearance: The female thread (butt protector) is oversized by 0.6mm, and the male pin undersized by 0.2mm to survive FDM printing tolerances. Dial these in depending on your printer's flow rate. Pilot Recess: The butt protector has a 13.5mm diameter x 3.5mm deep recess to clear a standard Schon pilot collar. Grip Profile: The 4mm semi-circle edge flutes can easily be swapped for a knurled mask or flat-cut hex sides.
Electric Guitar Jack Plate
A 3D-printable replacement output jack plate, styled after the standard oval 'football' and pill-shaped plates used on many electric guitars. Modelled slightly thicker than a standard stamped metal plate to ensure strength when printed in plastic. Length: 48mm Width: 26mm Screw Spacing: 37mm (center-to-center) Jack Hole: 10mm (fits standard 1/4" guitar jacks) Tip: If your guitar body has a pronounced curve where the jack mounts, you can briefly warm the printed plastic with a hairdryer or heat gun to gently form it to the exact radius of the wood before screwing it down.
Truncated Annular Aerospike Nozzle
Standard bell nozzles are a rigid compromise—they only hit peak efficiency at one specific altitude, meaning they waste fuel everywhere else. The aerospike solves this by turning the engine inside out. The exhaust plume expands against the central spike on the inside and the atmosphere itself on the outside, automatically adjusting its own expansion ratio as pressure drops. This is a functional model of an annular aerospike, heavily optimized for FDM printing. It uses a mathematically derived 1.5-power-law curve for the central plug, which efficiently redirects the radial flow from the combustion chamber into pure axial thrust. Engine Specs Throat Gap: 2 mm annular clearance around the base of the spike. Truncation: The spike is cut at 80% of its theoretical ideal length. This flat base eliminates dead weight while retaining roughly 99% of the full-spike efficiency, thanks to base-pressure recirculation. Support Structure: 6 internal struts carry the outer cowl load across the combustion chamber. Printability: Fully print-in-place with no supports required. The base sits flat, and the steepest overhang in the combustion section is well within safe limits.
