Description
A three-stage stepped reducer designed to mate a standard 38mm interior diameter vacuum hose directly to 32mm or 26mm accessories. The exterior of each spigot features rounded retention ribs to bite into the smooth plastic bore of standard shop tools, ensuring a friction fit that holds under tension. Internal walls maintain a constant 3mm thickness across the transitions to resist cracking under typical shop abuse.
Fitment and Dimensions
- Base Spigot: 38mm OD. Seats directly into a standard 38mm vacuum hose cuff.
- Mid Spigot: 32mm OD, ribbed. Mates with standard 32mm accessory bore.
- Top Spigot: 26mm OD, ribbed. Mates with compact 26mm tool ports.
- Seating: Each step provides 25mm of insertion length.
Always measure the interior bore of the receiving hose or tool before printing. This reducer is strictly dimensioned for friction-fit unthreaded ports and will not mate securely with locking-tab or threaded hose standards.

Biofloc Monitor Station Enclosure
An enclosure is only as good as the snarl of wires it prevents. This is a heavy-duty two-part monitor housing built specifically for FDM printing, designed to group, separate, and anchor a complete suite of biofloc water-quality electronics without turning into a bird's nest inside. The layout isolates the battery compartment at the bottom and keeps the DC buck converters and relay in a ventilated top section, leaving the central deck clear for the ESP32 and an array of sensor interfaces.
