Description
A fully functional 90-degree bevel gearbox connecting an 8mm hex shaft to a 5mm hex shaft. The robust L-shaped housing is split cleanly down the center for easy, support-free printing and simple assembly.
Specifications
- Transmission: 1:1 ratio bevel gears (16 teeth, 90-degree mesh).
- Input/Output: Built-in 8mm and 5mm hex bores, oversized by 0.2mm to accommodate standard FDM tolerances.
- Mounting Interfaces: Four 4.3mm clearance holes on each face flange, arranged in a 25mm square pattern.
- Assembly: The housing halves are clamped together automatically when bolted to a surface using the face flanges; an extra M3 hole in the rear corner provides optional tightening. All pieces print flat without supports.

IV Central Line Wrench
Luer lock connections jam at the worst possible moments, and trying to twist a wet, over-tightened collar with gloved fingers is a lost cause. This is a pocket-sized dual-ended wrench designed to grip those lines without crushing them. It slides right over the tubing and engages the radial ridges on the collar so you can break it loose in one turn. Fit & Printing Large End: 10.2mm inner bore with 1.5mm bite notches (clears 6mm tubing). Fits standard IV collars. Small End: 8.0mm inner bore (clears 5mm tubing). Fits tighter hubs. Thickness: 5mm solid body with ergonomic thumb dimples. Print Settings: Print flat on the bed. Needs 3-4 perimeters for structural rigidity so the open ends don't flex under torque. No supports required.
