Spacer ring designed to adapt a VD-8 speaker to an Apache 3800 waterproof case.
This maps the flat 217mm outer flange of the VD-8 directly onto the ribbed exterior of the Apache 3800 lid.
Fitment Specs
- Speaker Bore: 191mm (190mm + 1mm clearance).
- Bolt Pattern: 203.5mm bolt circle with eight 4.5mm holes. Countersinks are 8mm diameter and 2mm deep to keep hardware flush.
- Case Mating: Relief cuts on the bottom face clear the stock Apache ribs (spaced 42mm x 44mm). Cutouts are drafted to 2.8mm wide and 3.2mm deep.
- Thickness: 12.0mm overall standoff.
Note: The rib relief pattern is centered perfectly on the speaker bore. If you mount this off-center on the Apache lid, the ribs will bind.

Features precision cutouts tailored to the exact internal ribs of the Apache case, allowing the spacer to sit flush without modifying the box itself. 271.8mm outer diameter / 233.4mm inner cutout. 8-hole mounting pattern on a 252mm circle. 3mm rounded channels above and below the center axes. 1/4-inch stepped reliefs along the outer edges for the bottom 3mm only.
10-Inch Kicker Subwoofer Spacer 4800 ribs
A precise 6mm-thick mounting spacer for a 10-inch Kicker subwoofer, designed to match the 47KBRW10 frame. Features Bolt Pattern: 8 holes starting at the 11:30 position and distributed uniformly clockwise around the 252mm BCD. Cable Routing: Four dedicated horizontal underside rib channels. Fitment: Engineered with accurate 1-inch offsets for structural routing to avoid pinching or sealing issues along specific axes.
5/16x14 Cue Joint Protectors
A matched set of joint protectors for pool cues using the 5/16x14 piloted joint standard, heavily used by Schon and similar makers. Includes a female cap to protect the exposed butt pin, and a male plug to seal the shaft insert. Both feature fluted outside edges for easy threading and unthreading. Remix Hooks Cue Diameter: Default is 21.5mm OD. Thicker cues might want 22mm; older cues might sit closer to 21.2mm. Clearance: The female thread (butt protector) is oversized by 0.6mm, and the male pin undersized by 0.2mm to survive FDM printing tolerances. Dial these in depending on your printer's flow rate. Pilot Recess: The butt protector has a 13.5mm diameter x 3.5mm deep recess to clear a standard Schon pilot collar. Grip Profile: The 4mm semi-circle edge flutes can easily be swapped for a knurled mask or flat-cut hex sides.
Electric Guitar Jack Plate
