Description
A classic flat wall brush profile, completely customizable for your shop or prop box. It prints as a solid piece, designed to be dropped flat on its back in the slicer so the text and profile print cleanly without supports.

- The Text: Currently running a 1.25mm deboss. If you change the font, watch the spacing and depth.
- The Handle: Sized at 35x14mm with a heavy 6.5mm round-over for comfort. You can scale the Z-height for a longer beaver-tail handle.
- The Ferrule: Features triple 1.2mm crimp grooves for that authentic hardware-store look.

Biofloc Monitor Station Enclosure
An enclosure is only as good as the snarl of wires it prevents. This is a heavy-duty two-part monitor housing built specifically for FDM printing, designed to group, separate, and anchor a complete suite of biofloc water-quality electronics without turning into a bird's nest inside. The layout isolates the battery compartment at the bottom and keeps the DC buck converters and relay in a ventilated top section, leaving the central deck clear for the ESP32 and an array of sensor interfaces. Internal divider walls double as cable routing channels, forcing the wiring to stay orderly. Core Features Printability: Both halves print completely flat on the build plate (Z=0). This bracket gives them a solid vertical footprint to spread that load, catching the battery's sliding interface on an internal U-channel with a dead stop at the base. Wide-Stance Filament Bracket Set
A sturdy, flat-packed filament spool holder with an open frame base and dual arching uprights. Designed for standard 16mm rods or dowels, this is laid out flat for maximum printing strength along the layer lines. Remix Hooks Rod Diameter: Currently tuned to 16.5mm to comfortably clear 16mm rods. Upright Spacing: The upright arches span 150mm between the 80mm and 60mm heights. Hardware: Sized for 9mm diameter screw heads to sink flush into the 10mm thick base, clamping down into the uprights.

This is a comprehensive, dimensionally accurate parametric enclosure designed for DIY electronics. Laid out to securely house a 16×2 character LCD and four tactile push buttons, it uses standard M3 machine screws with captive nut traps for secure and repeatable assembly. The design separates the tactile switch bodies from the actual visible button caps, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Features Locating Lip: Recessed rabbet ensures the top cover nests tightly and squarely onto the bottom shell. Component-Specific Pockets: 12×12 mm push-button switches are secured from the underside, operated by independent retained caps. Hidden Mounting: The 16×2 LCD is held flush against the top window from the inside via a custom bezel, keeping the surrounding PCB hidden. Screws mounted inside the track usually mean the battery casing drags across the screw heads if they don't sit perfectly flush. Moving the mounting holes to the solid outer flanges gets the hardware entirely out of the sliding path and stops the bracket from rocking when you yank a heavy pack out. Width: Pushed out to 94mm to give the screws enough meat to bite into. Clearance: 15mm deep counterbores hide the screw heads in the outer body, leaving a solid 5mm base to clamp against the wall.
Acoustic Labyrinth Harmonica Silencer
A custom-engineered, fully playable acoustic enclosure designed for the Fender Blues Deluxe 10-hole diatonic harmonica. This silencer creates a miniature acoustic labyrinth directly behind the harmonica while leaving the entire metal mouthpiece exposed through a smooth, continuous lip opening. You can play normally—including bends and fast sweeps—without any rigid plastic interfering with your embouchure. Acoustic Architecture Direct Lip Access: A 94x9mm heavily rounded opening lets you play directly on the harmonica's surface. Three-Chamber Labyrinth: Sound exiting the back of the harmonica is forced through a tortuous path (Chamber 1 → 90° split → Chamber 2 → Chamber 3) before reaching the external exhaust vents. Foam-Ready: Generous internal tolerances (up to 4mm) on the back wall and first baffle allow for the manual installation of standard acoustic foam.
