Description
A miniature traffic light pole with a horizontal cross arm, built as a single-piece STEM teaching model. A hexagonal base keeps the 90 mm round pole upright. The 45 mm arm carries a slide-in holder at its end for a 52 × 22 mm traffic light PCB module.
- Pole: 12 mm diameter, 90 mm tall, on a 44 mm hexagon base
- Arm: 45 mm from the pole axis, with a 45° brace underneath so it prints without support
- Holder: 2.2 mm walls, edge lips, and a top stop. The board slides in from below
- Rear clearance: 6 mm gap behind the board, open on the cable side for the 5-pin connector
- Board fit: assumes 1.6 mm thickness with 0.2 mm play per side
Prints upright in PLA as one piece.

16 mm Ball Track with Support Post
A 350 mm ball track (250 mm slope at 17.5° plus 100 mm flat) with a matching target ball support post for a 16 mm ball. Fit Track: 24 mm wide, 17.5 mm U-groove, 16 mm ball. Post: 24 mm base, 9 mm rod, 22 mm tall, flaring to a 20 mm head. Seat: 16.5 mm diameter, 3.5 mm deep spherical pit. Post axis sits so the ball-to-ball gap from the groove end is about 12.5 mm. Check before printing Measure your ball. The seat is sized for 16 mm and will not suit balls much larger or smaller. Known incompatibilities The post is a separate part that sits on the table. Its ball centre sits higher than the ball centre at the groove exit, so shim the track up or trim the post height to match.

Lamp Bases, Shades and Diffuser Set
A set of mid-century lamp parts that all share one coarse 6 mm-pitch thread, so any shade fits any base. The set has two fluted shades (round and square ribs), a white adjustable diffuser and several bases: tall, short, grooved, two tripods, a flat-leg grooved tripod and a dowel-leg hub. Remix hooks Flat-leg tripod: legs are 16 mm wide slabs (before scaling) with two grooves, 3.2 mm wide, down each outer face. Change the groove count, offset (±4 mm) or width. Leg height and spread: hub height 70 mm and foot radius 70 mm set the splay. Raise both for a taller version. Thread spigot: 52 mm across, 38 mm long. Keep it to stay compatible with the shades. Pairs with: either fluted shade and the diffuser. The 42 mm bore runs straight through for the bulb and cord.
