A custom trio of detailing tools designed specifically for the standard 35mm friction-fit wands found on most Karcher wet/dry workshop vacuums. Each piece serves a distinct stage of an automotive deep clean.
The set features:
- The Crevice Tool (Red): Extended and sharply angled to slip between seats and center consoles.
- The Wide Nozzle (Blue): Flared to 80mm with a shallow scraping edge, ideal for lifting stubborn dirt from floor mats and broad upholstery.
- The Detailing Spot Nozzle (Green): Narrowly focused into a 16mm tip for intense, localized suction inside cup holders, vents, and door pockets.
Designed to print without supports—just drop them on the bed vertically.

Pegboard Utility Knife Holder
A drop-in holder built for standard utility and carpet knives, mounting flush to small-pitch pegboards. A generous front thumb cutout makes retrieval quick, while the three-peg top row distributes the weight. Form & Fit Internal Clearance: Sized at 40x20mm internally to comfortably swallow standard sliding break-off blades. Board Specs: Engineered specifically for 12mm center-to-center grids with 4mm holes. Pegs are 3.6mm to provide an easy slip-fit. Drop Spacing: The lower stabilizing bumpers sit exactly 36mm (three 12mm increments) below the main hooks to align with the board's grid. Orientation: Best printed upright. A custom Gridfinity-compatible tool tray designed to dock two Fiskars Pro Retractable Utility Knives. The knives drop vertically into precisely angled slots, while a cubby has room for a bunch of 80x18mm utility blades. What it's for Keeps your primary utility knives loaded, upright, and instantly grabbable, with spare blades tucked right underneath. Dimensions Footprint: Standard 4x2 Gridfinity base. Knives: 13-degree rear tilt for easy handle clearance. Blade Cubby: 90x64x27mm internal volume, with a 6mm retaining lip. Remix Ideas Extend the depth to a 4x3 footprint if you want to add slots for marker pens or rulers in front of the blades. Adjust the blade cubby lip height if you use custom-printed blade dispensers instead of the factory packs.

Standing the knife securely on its side allows it to drop into tight spaces without eating up valuable pegboard or drawer real estate. Vertical Docking: Seats the knife securely on its side while leaving the handle prominent for quick grabs. Dust Extractor Static Turbine
Nothing stops a project faster than trying to perfectly align a separate impeller core inside a printed housing while the glue dries. This design builds the stator directly into the pipeline — a single solid print where the central shaft is locked to the walls via mid-body struts. The blades are pitched to guide airflow and trimmed completely flush with the adapter's inner taper, so there's no risk of them breaching the outer shell. Dimensions & Setup Total Height: 140 mm Shaft Diameter: 12 mm Blade Setup: 6 angled blades at the 4-inch base, 6 more at the 2-inch top. Mounting: 3 stationary support struts across the transition zone. Printing Note: Built as a single solid part (stator). If used for dust extraction, printing in PETG is recommended to handle the abrasion from chips.
