Matrice d'empreinte rigide reproduisant la géométrie d'un éventail ouvert. Conçue pour marquer l'argile, la cire ou d'autres pâtes malléables, la pièce est construite sur un plan de référence plat garantissant une pression uniforme. Le motif est généré par un réseau radial de nervures profilées, sans contre-dépouilles, pour assurer un retrait propre du matériau embouti.
- Dimensions hors-tout : Hauteur de 50 mm, ouverture de 140 degrés.
- Épaisseur de base : 3 mm (socle rigide).
- Motif : 13 nervures coniques s'évasant vers l'extérieur, arrêtées 2 mm avant la bordure pour garantir une marge nette.
- Démoulage : Les arêtes extérieures sont adoucies et les nervures présentent un profil elliptique aplati (mise en dépouille) évitant l'arrachement de la matière.
- Tirage : Aucun support requis, fond parfaitement plat adapté au plateau de l'imprimante.

Screw-On Large-Hole Spool Holder
A plate-mounted spool holder for filament spools with large central holes. A hollow 48 mm spindle rises from a flat mounting plate and ends in a flared lip that keeps the spool from sliding off. Remix hooks Spindle diameter (48 mm): change to suit your spool bore; most big-hole spools measure 50–58 mm, so leave 2–4 mm of play. Spindle length (70 mm): stretch for wide spools, shorten for slim ones. Plate (110 × 64 × 6 mm): screw holes sit 44 mm either side of centre, 4.5 mm with countersinks. Move them to match your panel, or add a third hole. Lip: 58 mm with a 45° underside so it prints without supports. Make it a removable cap for easy spool swaps.
