Description
Figure8 is a compact cord winder that snaps onto the flex of a kettle, toaster or similar appliance and takes up the slack. Wrap the spare cord around the two end horns in a figure-eight pattern, and the curled horn tips hold the turns in place so the wrapped cord can't spring loose. It is designed for cluttered counters where appliance cords tend to tangle.
The spine carries a round channel with a narrower snap-in slot, so the winder stays on the cord instead of sliding off. The cord is pressed through the slot, and the lips flex to let it pass.

Replacement front latch for a STUFF Basic 20 inch toolbox, for when the original hinge loop or hook has snapped. One solid C-profile part, 61 mm wide, with an open clip at the bottom that snaps onto the box pin and a filleted L hook at the top. Key numbers Overall: 61 mm wide, 65 mm tall, 18 mm deep Wall: 5 mm throughout Clip: 5.3 mm bore, 15.3 mm outer diameter, 5 mm gap Hook: 13 mm forward, 5 mm inside fillet, 2 mm outside fillet, 2.5 mm rounded tip Printing Material: PETG Supports: none Orientation: lay it on its 61 mm side so the C-profile faces up
A rigid 280 × 200 × 90 mm printed enclosure designed specifically for an ESP32-based multi-zone plant irrigation controller. The layout divides the internal volume into three distinct areas: high-current power distribution on the left, six MOSFET drivers in the center, and the low-voltage microcontroller logic on the right. An extra-wide central cable channel runs between the two rows of MOSFETs, and all high-traffic access areas—like screw terminals and adjustment dials—have generous working clearances. The outer walls feature deep U-slots for cables, cut from the top edge so the main flat lid traps them cleanly in place without relying on separate cable glands. Internal Layout details Zone A (Power): Mounts for a 56×35 mm DC-DC buck converter, a friction-fit bracket stack for four WAGO 221-415 lever connectors, and a C-clip for an inline 5A barrel fuse. Zone B (Switching): Two rows of custom mounts for six 35×32 mm MOSFET boards. Each uses exactly two diagonal standoffs to leave maximum free space around the terminals. Zone C (Control): Stand-offs for an ESP32 NodeMCU, with a dedicated USB-C opening aligned in the external right-hand wall. Structure: Embossed floor labels mark all hookup zones. Cable tie bridges are scattered throughout the base for organization, and vertical ventilation slots flank the rear and sides. Uses four M3 screws driven directly into heavy internal corner bosses to seal the lid.
HexGrip is a two-clip press-fit system for building hexagonal shelving from 1/2 in plywood, now designed for plain 90° square-cut panel ends. Each slot ends in a solid stop 5 mm from the vertex centre, so neighbouring panels meet at 120° without colliding and no mitre cuts are needed. Features End Cap Clip: two slots at 120° for outer hexagon corners. Spoke Clip: three slots 120° apart for shared vertices in a hexagon network. Barbed slot walls with about 0.55 mm interference per side: ramped entry, steep faces that resist pull-out. Dimensions Slot width 13.0 mm, depth 19 mm Clip height 24 mm, arm length 30 mm Print notes Prints with the slot opening facing up, no supports needed. A single hexagon uses 12 clips, one on the front and one on the back of each vertex. Print one first to check the fit against your actual plywood thickness.
A cricket calcium duster tube that keeps powder in one end and crickets in the other. Crickets get dusted when the tube is shaken, because the powder passes up through a screen. The fix is a threaded screen collar between the tube and the powder cap, so nothing prints inside the tube. Key numbers (75% scale) Tube: about 56 mm outside diameter, about 115 mm long, walls about 1.9 mm Threads: about 3.75 mm pitch, same thread on all pieces, so the caps are interchangeable Screen collar: 19 round holes, about 4.5 mm each, in a separate print Powder cap: deep cup for powder, threaded only at the rim Stop flanges: on the tube, so caps seat at a fixed depth Printing Prints open end up, no supports needed PETG recommended, 0.28 mm layers, 10 to 15% infill Four separate parts: tube, powder cap, cricket cap, screen collar
A through-wall bulkhead fitting in the spirit of a classic water butt tank connector: a broad round flange sits against the tank wall, a long threaded barrel passes through, and a matching lock nut clamps it from the other side. 72 mm flange with a shallow gasket seat for a flat washer or O-ring 1 1/2" BSP-style male thread (47.8 mm major diameter, 11 TPI), 40 mm long 38 mm through bore Separate lock nut, printed alongside Design notes: The thread is a generic approximation of the Whitworth form, so test-fit against your mating part. Cut the tank hole to suit the thread, and use a rubber gasket against the flange. Print the flange face-down; PETG is a sensible choice for water contact.
