Threaded blanking cap for M12x1.25 motorcycle mirror mounts, designed to seal the exposed mounting boss after switching to bar-end mirrors. The flat, beveled head deflects weather, while the outer lip drops down over the factory hardware to stop water getting underneath.
Fitment and Specifications
- Thread Standard: M12x1.25 fine pitch.
- Critical Check: Verify the factory bore diameter on the motorcycle. While this model is cut for M12, a significant number of Kawasaki factory mounts use M10 threads.
- Clearance: The 3mm deep weather skirt has an 18.5mm internal diameter, providing 0.25mm of radial clearance over a standard 18mm factory boss.
- Known Incompatibilities: Yamaha and certain right-hand Kawasaki mounts use a reverse (left-hand) thread. If the printed cap refuses to thread into the right side, mirror the geometry in the slicer or remix to reverse the thread direction.

Features an internal 0.4mm friction ridge to bite onto the plate. (If your plate is very thin stamped metal, add a strip of double-sided tape inside the channel). Deflection Range: 90mm wide to cover the tire's central spray path, with an 18mm rearward overhang. Print Orientation: Drop it flat on its front face in your slicer. The awning prints upwards at an angle, meaning the whole piece prints cleanly with zero supports. Material: PETG or ABS/ASA strongly recommended. PLA will warp from exhaust heat or summer sun.

5/16x14 Cue Joint Protectors
A matched set of joint protectors for pool cues using the 5/16x14 piloted joint standard, heavily used by Schon and similar makers. I've added alternating quoin stones up both edges that wrap the full thickness of the part to cap it off. Build Details Scale: OO Gauge (4mm to 1ft) Dimensions: 64mm wide × 72mm high × 3mm wall depth. Fit: Quoins extend back to the Z=0 plane and overhang the sides by 0.2mm to overlap any adjacent pieces nicely.
