A miniaturised top hat sized to fit between a cat's ears, paired with a custom support stand for storage.
The hat is hollowed to keep the weight down and features an extruded ribbon band. Two hidden loops under the brim allow you to thread an elastic strap to keep it secured. The stand uses a wide base and a domed head that slots neatly into the hat's interior.

Wide Brim Elliptical Hat
Here's a baseline wide-brimmed hat shell, anchored around the 170x200mm elliptical clearance requested.
