Side Mounting: Features three generous slots rather than fixed holes, accommodating variations in where TP-Link drills their chassis. Uses standard M3 or M4 screws. Rack Mounting: Standard 1U slotted holes (31.75mm center-to-center). Printing: Both ears lay flat on their front face. Zero supports required. Print in PETG or ABS if your rack runs hot, though standard PLA is structurally fine for a switch this light.

A split 1U rack tray designed to mount an Adtran 632 and a Home Assistant Yellow side-by-side, featuring a full-height 1U front faceplate with custom cutouts so the ports remain visible and accessible. The two halves join in the middle with a dovetail-style jigsaw joint (0.25mm clearance) so it can be printed on standard beds without hardware. Remixing and Adjustments This tray is built to be tweaked depending on the exact dimensions of your enclosures. Adtran Cutout: Sized at 136.5mm wide by 37mm tall. HA Yellow Cutout: Sized at 122mm wide by 33mm tall. Pockets: The internal fences give the devices 1-2mm of breathing room so they slide in smoothly behind the plate. Adjust the pocket blocks if your particular enclosures are bulkier. Joint Tolerance: The 0.25mm puzzle clearance prints nicely on a tuned FDM machine, but can be pushed to 0.15mm if you want a permanent friction fit.

Sized specifically to frame out compartments without wasting material on a floor, this open-grid organizer drops directly into a drawer, letting the existing liner or wood bottom show through. The frame has been split into four cleanly cut sections to allow printing a large 13.5-inch wide organizer on standard 220mm square print plates. Dimensions Total Assembled Footprint: 342.9 mm wide × 228.6 mm deep (13.5" × 9") Height: 25.4 mm (1") Maximum Piece Size: 171.5 mm × 114.3 mm (fits comfortably on an Ender 3 or Prusa MK series) Layout One full-width front compartment (3.5" deep). Assembly Notes The four quadrants print completely flat without supports. Because the perimeter walls are thin to maximize storage space, they use straight flush cuts rather than bulky joints.
