HexGrip is a two-clip press-fit system for building hexagonal shelving from 1/2 in plywood, now designed for plain 90° square-cut panel ends. Each slot ends in a solid stop 5 mm from the vertex centre, so neighbouring panels meet at 120° without colliding and no mitre cuts are needed. Features End Cap Clip: two slots at 120° for outer hexagon corners. Spoke Clip: three slots 120° apart for shared vertices in a hexagon network. Barbed slot walls with about 0.55 mm interference per side: ramped entry, steep faces that resist pull-out.
