Description
Nothing ruins a weld like dirty or bent filler wire that's been sliding around loose in a drawer. This segmented tube holds filler rod securely and expands as needed. The base piece is capped at the bottom so the wire doesn't fall through, while the top and extension pieces are hollow collars to give you as much length as you require.
Sizing and Printing
- Capacity: 10 mm internal bore, giving plenty of room for standard wire.
- Length: Each section is 200 mm tall. A base and top gives you 390 mm of internal storage. Add extensions for longer rods.
- Printing: These are tall and narrow. Use a generous brim to keep them anchored to the build plate so they don't tip during the final thread passes.

Biofloc Monitor Station Enclosure
An enclosure is only as good as the snarl of wires it prevents. This is a heavy-duty two-part monitor housing built specifically for FDM printing, designed to group, separate, and anchor a complete suite of biofloc water-quality electronics without turning into a bird's nest inside. The layout isolates the battery compartment at the bottom and keeps the DC buck converters and relay in a ventilated top section, leaving the central deck clear for the ESP32 and an array of sensor interfaces. Internal divider walls double as cable routing channels, forcing the wiring to stay orderly. Core Features Printability: Both halves print completely flat on the build plate (Z=0).
