Description
A motorized jig designed to continuously spin a computer mouse scroll wheel. Built around a NEMA 17 stepper motor and a standard GT2 280mm belt, it drives an overhead rod that rolls against the mouse.
- Adjustable Driven Shaft: The vertical towers feature 25mm of sliding travel to handle different mouse profiles.
- Bearing Housings: Included clamping blocks designed for standard 608RS bearings (with integrated crush ribs for a tight fit).
- Rod Adapters: Collar sleeves step the 8mm bearing inner diameter down to a 5mm rod.
- Motor Tensioning: The NEMA 17 faceplate has 10mm of slotted travel to easily tension the timing belt.

A highly functional Gridfinity-compatible dock tailored for the Fiskars Pro Retractable Utility Knife (model 770210-1001), now remixed into an ultra-slim 4x1 form factor. Standing the knife securely on its side allows it to drop into tight spaces without eating up valuable pegboard or drawer real estate. Design Features 4x1 Gridfinity Base: Minimises footprint; perfect for slotting into long gaps between wider trays. Vertical Docking: Seats the knife securely on its side while leaving the handle prominent for quick grabs. Scalloped Finger Access: Features a sweeping 60mm side-cutout that leaves a structurally sound 10mm lip above the base plate, granting plenty of clearance for larger hands. Dust Extractor Static Turbine
Nothing stops a project faster than trying to perfectly align a separate impeller core inside a printed housing while the glue dries. This design builds the stator directly into the pipeline — a single solid print where the central shaft is locked to the walls via mid-body struts. The blades are pitched to guide airflow and trimmed completely flush with the adapter's inner taper, so there's no risk of them breaching the outer shell. Dimensions & Setup Total Height: 140 mm Shaft Diameter: 12 mm Blade Setup: 6 angled blades at the 4-inch base, 6 more at the 2-inch top. Mounting: 3 stationary support struts across the transition zone. Printing Note: Built as a single solid part (stator). If used for dust extraction, printing in PETG is recommended to handle the abrasion from chips.
Scale Room Layout Mockup
Planning a layout with loose paper cutouts that blow away every time someone walks past is useless. This is a rigid, four-walled scale mockup of a specific room, scaled down to 1:24 so you can actually test clearances and sightlines physically. Scale Details Target dimensions: 10ft 10in by 5ft 1.25in (stepped down to 1:24 scale). Cutouts: True-to-size doorway positioned precisely where the real one is. Format: Open roof for easy top-down viewing and placing scaled furniture.
Packout M18 Router Insert
What it's for A custom drop-in tray engineered to convert a half-section of a Standard Milwaukee Packout Organizer into a dedicated M18 router station. It features a contoured cradle for the router body with its battery attached, a wide pocket for the base plate, a large accessory bay for the edge guide and wrench, and a 12-slot storage grid for 1/4-inch shank router bits. Scalloped finger pulls make it easy to lift the router out. Dimensions Footprint: 280 mm × 200 mm Height: 60 mm Bit Storage: 12 holes, 7.2 mm diameter (for easy clearance of standard 1/4" shanks) Print notes Given the large 280 mm length, this will require a reasonably large print bed. A robust infill (15–20% gyroid) is recommended to support the weight of the tool. The design rests entirely flat on the build plate and requires no supports.
