Description

A motorized jig designed to continuously spin a computer mouse scroll wheel. Built around a NEMA 17 stepper motor and a standard GT2 280mm belt, it drives an overhead rod that rolls against the mouse.

  • Adjustable Driven Shaft: The vertical towers feature 25mm of sliding travel to handle different mouse profiles.
  • Bearing Housings: Included clamping blocks designed for standard 608RS bearings (with integrated crush ribs for a tight fit).
  • Rod Adapters: Collar sleeves step the 8mm bearing inner diameter down to a 5mm rod.
  • Motor Tensioning: The NEMA 17 faceplate has 10mm of slotted travel to easily tension the timing belt.
