A tapered mounting spacer designed to fit a 6x9 speaker into the lid recess of a Milwaukee Packout compact case. The ring compensates for the natural lid tilt, ensuring the speaker sits level, and clears the internal lid structure. Footprint: 236 mm x 166 mm. Taper Profile: Slopes from 26.5 mm at the front latch side down to 10.0 mm at the rear hinges. Clearances: 38.1 mm spacing on the underside grid channels to clear standard Packout lid ribs. Apache 3800 to VD-8 Speaker Spacer
Spacer ring designed to adapt a VD-8 speaker to an Apache 3800 waterproof case. This maps the flat 217mm outer flange of the VD-8 directly onto the ribbed exterior of the Apache 3800 lid. Fitment Specs Speaker Bore: 191mm (190mm + 1mm clearance). Bolt Pattern: 203.5mm bolt circle with eight 4.5mm holes. Countersinks are 8mm diameter and 2mm deep to keep hardware flush. Case Mating: Relief cuts on the bottom face clear the stock Apache ribs (spaced 42mm x 44mm). Cutouts are drafted to 2.8mm wide and 3.2mm deep. Thickness: 12.0mm overall standoff. Note: The rib relief pattern is centered perfectly on the speaker bore. If you mount this off-center on the Apache lid, the ribs will bind.
5/16x14 Cue Joint Protectors
A matched set of joint protectors for pool cues using the 5/16x14 piloted joint standard, heavily used by Schon and similar makers. Includes a female cap to protect the exposed butt pin, and a male plug to seal the shaft insert. Both feature fluted outside edges for easy threading and unthreading. Remix Hooks Cue Diameter: Default is 21.5mm OD. Thicker cues might want 22mm; older cues might sit closer to 21.2mm. Clearance: The female thread (butt protector) is oversized by 0.6mm, and the male pin undersized by 0.2mm to survive FDM printing tolerances. Dial these in depending on your printer's flow rate. Pilot Recess: The butt protector has a 13.5mm diameter x 3.5mm deep recess to clear a standard Schon pilot collar. Grip Profile: The 4mm semi-circle edge flutes can easily be swapped for a knurled mask or flat-cut hex sides.
