Description
Joints flex and shelves droop when gravity gets a say. This stops that. A blunt, rigid corner bracket with an inner chamfer that prevents the corner from tearing under load.

Print this on its side (the flat L shape against the bed) so the layer lines run continuously along the bend. That prevents snapping.

Built to secure the 6mm fan shaft while maintaining precise wall clearance. Dimensions Arm Dimensions: 54mm x 44mm footprint, 5mm thick. Wall Face: 18mm total height. Mounting: Two 4mm screw holes, spaced 28mm apart horizontally and centered at 14mm from the base (4mm from the top of the wall face). Bearing Seat: Sized for a 19mm OD bearing, dropped 3mm below the main flat surface, featuring an open top for drop-in installation and a 12mm clearance hole below for easy push-out removal. Print notes Because the bearing housing now protrudes 3mm past the bottom of the main arm, the model is lifted so the lowest point rests on the print bed. You will need to enable supports under the flat arm, or rotate the part manually in your slicer if you prefer a different print orientation.
