A robust, one-piece headphone hanger designed to stick directly to flat surfaces with adhesive.
The design is built completely support-free when printed flat on its back. The retaining lip at the end of the hook is drafted at a printer-friendly overhang angle, and the central gusset transfers the load smoothly to the backplate without needing secondary support material.
Remix Hooks
- Plate Size: Currently 30×30 mm to spread the adhesive load, though it will overhang a 15 mm leg. Easy to narrow down to 15 mm if you want a fully flush mount.
- Hook Reach: 50 mm clearance fits standard over-ear headphones, but the arm length scales easily for wider gaming headsets.
- Arm Profile: 25 mm wide with a 6 mm thickness and a fully rounded top edge to prevent headband creasing.

Pivots: 0.5mm radial clearance on the pins to keep them spinning smoothly once cracked loose. Overhangs: The pivots use a diamond profile to grow out at 45 degrees, requiring zero supports. Pop it off the plate, snap the axes loose, and you're good.
