Description
A straightforward set of square alignment spacers built to be stacked or swapped easily. Instead of dropping flush where you can't reach them, each spacer features a T-shaped grip tab extending out the front.
- Base: 20.3mm × 20.3mm
- Heights: 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, and 50mm
- Grip: Smooth, fully-rounded T-profile that sits centered on the edge
The grip is 4.5mm thick across the board, offset just enough on the thinnest 5mm spacer to clear the plate. If you need a bolt hole cored through the center or a slot to make them slide-on U-shims, those are easy cuts to add.

What it's for A custom two-stage spacer or bushing. The bottom section flares out for a wider footprint, while the top maintains a straight profile. A continuous through-hole runs the entire length, with a shallow counterbore at the base to recess a bolt head or capture a mating pin. Dimensions Total Height: 12.5 mm Tapered Base: 9 mm diameter at the bottom, flaring to 13 mm over a 3 mm height. Straight Collar: 9 mm diameter, 9.5 mm high. Bore: 7 mm clearance hole straight through. Counterbore: 9 mm diameter, recessed 2 mm into the bottom. Print notes Print this sitting flat on its wide base. The counterbore is shallow enough that most standard profiles will bridge it without requiring supports.
1.95" x 0.195" Chamfered Sleeve
A simple sleeve spacer or bushing. Features: Outer Diameter: 1.95 inches Inner Bore: 0.195 inches (through-hole) Overall Height: 2.5 inches Internal chamfers on both ends of the bore to ease insertion. Check your shaft diameter and required clearance before running off a print.
Chamfered Heavy Duty Spacer
A 2.5-inch tall solid cylinder spacer with a 1.5-inch outer diameter and a 0.38-inch inner diameter. The inner hole features 1mm chamfered edges at the top and bottom to guide inserted parts and reduce edge stress. Packout M18 Router Insert
What it's for A custom drop-in tray engineered to convert a half-section of a Standard Milwaukee Packout Organizer into a dedicated M18 router station. It features a contoured cradle for the router body with its battery attached, a wide pocket for the base plate, a large accessory bay for the edge guide and wrench, and a 12-slot storage grid for 1/4-inch shank router bits. Scalloped finger pulls make it easy to lift the router out. Dimensions Footprint: 280 mm × 200 mm Height: 60 mm Bit Storage: 12 holes, 7.2 mm diameter (for easy clearance of standard 1/4" shanks) Print notes Given the large 280 mm length, this will require a reasonably large print bed. A robust infill (15–20% gyroid) is recommended to support the weight of the tool. The design rests entirely flat on the build plate and requires no supports.
