Description
A custom-sized, two-part vented enclosure designed to hold a 111x79x36mm power supply. It features side-mounted cooling vents, a solid base, and wire-routing holes positioned near the bottom of the narrow end.
The lid secures into the four corner pillars using standard M3 screws. The interior features a small alignment lip on the lid to ensure it seats squarely against the posts.

A rugged, multi-part enclosure designed for robotic interfaces and smart control nodes. The three-piece split allows easy assembly, with a deep main chassis to house microcontrollers and batteries, capped by a clean windowed bezel and a vented back cover. Front Bezel: Features a recessed touch panel land and tiny microphone breakout holes. Main Chassis: Houses dual text debossing ("END" / "GAME"), structural columns for heat-set inserts, and a USB-C cutout. Back Cover: Includes countersunk M3 mounting holes, an expansion module bay, and a hexagonal vent grille.
What it's for A functional electronics or equipment enclosure featuring an integrated hinged lid, snap latch, and generous ventilation slots. Designed to print easily with the lid flat on the bed alongside the main body. Dimensions Internal capacity: 200 x 200 mm base, 60 mm deep inside Floor: 5 mm thick solid base for structural rigidity Cutouts: A 30 mm circular port on the left wall, and a 12x6 mm rectangular port on the back wall by the hinges. Cooling: Vertical slot vents on the front, left, and back panels. Assembly Once printed, mate the hinge knuckles of the lid to the base. Slide a piece of raw 1.75mm or 3mm filament (or a standard M3 bolt) straight through the hinge line to join them.
A robust two-piece enclosure designed around magnetic closures and standard 100x145x30mm internal storage requirements. Remix Hooks Wall Thickness: Set to 6mm to ensure the 4mm corner magnets have plenty of structural meat on both sides. Registration Lip: The lid features an inset lip with 0.3mm clearance to keep the halves aligned—the magnets just pull it shut, they don't have to fight shear forces. Bottom Magnets: 7mm diameter cutouts are positioned underneath for docking or stacking. Adjust their X/Y offsets if you're matching a specific grid plate.
A rigid shell to keep fruit from getting crushed at the bottom of a bag. It splits into two halves that slide together with a friction fit. The geometry here is laid out specifically for support-free printing. By standing both halves vertically on flattened ends, the sweeping curves handle their own overhangs smoothly, and the friction lip prints as a straight upward continuation of the wall. Remixing the Shell Clearance: The lip has a 0.2mm radial gap against the recess (-1.5 vs -1.3 offset). If your printer under-extrudes and it's too loose, drop the recess offset to -1.4. Sizing: The max_rad is 24mm (48mm total width), which handles most standard grocery store bunches. Curve: The bend_radius is 160mm. Adjusting this tighter or wider will change the overall arc to match different fruit profiles.

Zak's Borg Friendship Vault. Three-piece print, designed to drop in and seat clean without fasteners. Overall Footprint: 150mm x 150mm. Total Height (Assembled): 145mm. Internal Payload Bore: 65mm diameter x 105mm depth. Cage Windows: 90mm span, designed to bridge flat across the top without support on well-calibrated machines. The top cap runs a 118mm square boss to locate itself on the outer frame, plus a 64.5mm cylindrical plug to lock into the core and prevent horizontal slop. Print the outer cage and cap in black PETG; run the core in fluorescent PLA. Keep your cooling aggressive for the long window bridges.
