Description
Meet the WoodyVault — a dedicated, print-in-place carousel enclosure for Stabilo Woody crayons. Designed with a short base and a tall lid, this layout ensures that even after heavy sharpening, the stubs remain easily accessible without getting lost at the bottom of a dark tube. The exterior features a chunky, wavy grip suited for small hands, while a heavy-duty threaded mechanism locks everything safely inside.
Both parts are designed to print without supports. The lid sits flat on its top face with the female threads pointing upward. For optimal thread engagement, ensure your printer is well-calibrated; a 0.2 mm layer height works best for smooth screwing action. If you want the pens to be held tightly against the lid when closed, glue a thin disc of foam inside the roof of the lid.

WoodyVault is a rugged, deeply textured enclosure designed specifically for Stabilo Woody 3-in-1 crayons. It stores 10 crayons in a radial fluted core, offering instant side-access when open while fully enclosing them when locked. The case features an integrated center pocket precisely sized for the official sharpener, complete with finger grooves for easy removal. A concealed internal bayonet track provides a sturdy twist-and-click lock, keeping everything completely contained while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted wavy exterior. Features Fluted Core: Supports the crayons along their entire length internally while remaining open on the outside for a quick sideways tilt out. Concealed Lock: Chunky 6mm bayonet pins drop into an internal roof-track inside the lid, giving a satisfying locking click with no visible tracks on the outside. Sharpener Bay: Dedicated top-center drop-in pocket (33.5 x 23.5 x 39mm) keeps the sharpener secure and accessible. Wavy Grip: The outer shell uses a continuous star-profile extrusion for serious grip during the twist lock.
A thick-walled, two-part protective enclosure dimensioned specifically for the SanDisk Cruzer Blade. The assembly consists of a main retaining shell and a sliding captive lid. Fitment: Internal cavity measures 42.3 x 18.4 x 8.0 mm (allowing 0.5 mm clearance around the drive). Retention: Dual 0.4 mm internal Z-axis ribs provide friction fit against the drive housing. A solid rear wall prevents push-through. Mechanism: The left-side lid operates on dual 1.5 mm Y-axis rail grooves, featuring spherical detents at both ends of travel for locked open and closed states. Construction: 2.5 mm exterior walls in all directions for rigid PETG FDM printing. The top face includes a 1 mm recess for labelling and a subtracted diagonal chevron pattern.
Plain utility box built to an exact 52.5mm by 89.9mm footprint, standing 14mm tall. Sized for custom internal layouts or dropping in an existing block of components. Measurements to check: Outer Profile: 52.5mm x 89.9mm Overall Height: 14mm Inner Cavity: 49.5mm x 86.9mm Usable Depth: 12.5mm (1.5mm thick floor) Walls are 1.5mm thick all around. If the item you are putting in here is exactly 49.5mm wide, it will be a friction fit; you may want to scale up slightly if it needs drop-in clearance.
Tall walls snap when you bump them or get in the way when you're reaching for parts. This base now features a solid, half-height divider running down the center, keeping things separated without blocking your hand. Footprint: 4x6 inches (1/3 inch thick) Divider: 2.5 inches tall, 1/3 inch thick Printability: Prints flat on its base, no supports required.
A classic mask-shaped coin bank featuring an expanded flat base for stability and a threaded bottom plug for easy retrieval. \n\n Top Slot: 35mm wide for standard coins.\n Closure: 42mm coarse thread plug with built-in clearance.\n* Base: Flattened for secure desk placement.
