Because pets rarely keep accessories balanced on their own, the design includes integrated under-brim mounting tabs so you can add a simple elastic chin strap.

You could run a slight Z-warp over the outer 50mm to give it a swoop, though that will require supports. Material: At 2.4mm thick, this is dimensioned for standard rigid filaments (PETG/PLA) to hold its shape. Dialing the thickness down to 1.2mm for TPU would give the brim some authentic flop.
