Description
A fully modular, five-piece fluid wand assembly designed with standard slip joints. It features a 16-inch total vented reach (split into two 8-inch sections), an S-bend offset made from two 90-degree elbows, and finishes with a 3-inch adapter barbed for standard 5/8-inch ID flexible tubing.

- Clearances: The slip joints are set up with a baseline 0.4mm tolerance (
m_joint_od= 11.9mm intof_joint_id= 12.3mm). If your printer runs wide, dial the male joints down a fraction. - Barb Size: The barb tops out around 18.3mm to bite firmly into a 5/8" (15.875mm) inner-diameter soft tube. Tweak the
d2array loop if you need it more aggressive. - Hole Spacing: Currently spaced at 12mm intervals along a single side, starting past the first slip joint. Easy to pattern out to a spiral or double row.

Packout M18 Router Insert
What it's for A custom drop-in tray engineered to convert a half-section of a Standard Milwaukee Packout Organizer into a dedicated M18 router station. It features a contoured cradle for the router body with its battery attached, a wide pocket for the base plate, a large accessory bay for the edge guide and wrench, and a 12-slot storage grid for 1/4-inch shank router bits. Scalloped finger pulls make it easy to lift the router out. Dimensions Footprint: 280 mm × 200 mm Height: 60 mm Bit Storage: 12 holes, 7.2 mm diameter (for easy clearance of standard 1/4" shanks) Print notes Given the large 280 mm length, this will require a reasonably large print bed. Stud-Saddle Drop Shelf
A heavy-duty drop shelf designed to wrap a standard 2x4 wall stud. The main bed splits into two pieces for easy printing on a standard bed, locking together with precision alignment dowels. A central support leg drops down directly into a face-mounted stud bracket to hold heavy loads flat. No-Support Printing: The main plates are oriented perfectly flat off the bed. Locked-In Support: The drop leg features a tubular bottom that seats perfectly into a cupped bottom bracket, preventing lateral slip. Hardware Needed: A few 6mm rod pins for the hinges, and standard countersunk wood screws for the brackets.
Machined-Style NPT Blow Gun Nozzle v4
An air compressor adapter designed to interface a 1/4" NPT blow gun with a precise 3mm outer-diameter nozzle. The part features a clean, support-free geometry that steps inward as it prints, transitioning smoothly from a 14mm hex base up through the threads, capping off with a reinforced 1mm fillet at the base of the delicate tip. Print and Application Notes Print Orientation: Prints exactly as oriented (hex base flat on the bed). No supports are required for the threads, ceiling, or nozzle. Sealing: The threads are rendered straight rather than tapered—wrap with a couple of layers of PTFE thread tape to ensure a tight pneumatic seal when threading into the metal gun. Material: PETG or ABS is highly recommended over PLA to handle the pressure spikes and avoid brittleness at the tiny 1mm bore tip.
1/4" NPT Golf Grip Air Adapter v2
Adapter to mate a 1/4" NPT air compressor blow gun directly to a golf club grip vent hole. Uses a 16mm hex drive for tightening. Fitment Notes Mating Surface: 1/4" NPT female blow gun ports. The model uses a straight 18 TPI thread (13.5mm OD) that relies on Teflon tape to seal against the tapered female bore. Output: 3mm OD nipple, 4mm long. Backed by a 3mm conical shoulder to prevent snapping under pressure. Bore: 1mm continuous air channel. Check this after printing — a 1mm FDM hole will likely need clearing with a wire or a 1mm drill bit before it flows air properly.

Each piece is built around a standard 3/4-inch core diameter with robust 4mm walls to withstand practical shop use. 10-Inch Rod: Basic structural member, printed flat for optimal layer strength.
