Description
A custom inline burp pump valve designed for aquaponic systems. It features a print-in-place marble that acts as a one-way check valve, allowing air to displace water out the 90-degree discharge elbow.

A build-it-yourself, chunky two-speed constant-mesh transmission designed for clear mechanical demonstration. All gears and shafts are laid out flat for straightforward printing. Design Features Two-Speed Setup: Includes a 15-tooth and 25-tooth spur gear arrangement. Constant Mesh: The gears are always engaged. A sliding dog clutch (the purple slider) locks the freely spinning gears to the output shaft to change the ratio. Assembly: Parts drop onto the base frame's posts. The high gear goes on the top of the output shaft (pocket facing down), the low gear goes on the bottom (pocket facing up), and the slider sits in between them on the hex shaft.

Assembly: The housing halves are clamped together automatically when bolted to a surface using the face flanges; an extra M3 hole in the rear corner provides optional tightening. All pieces print flat without supports.

A heavy-duty drop shelf designed to wrap a standard 2x4 wall stud. The main bed splits into two pieces for easy printing on a standard bed, locking together with precision alignment dowels. A central support leg drops down directly into a face-mounted stud bracket to hold heavy loads flat. No-Support Printing: The main plates are oriented perfectly flat off the bed. Locked-In Support: The drop leg features a tubular bottom that seats perfectly into a cupped bottom bracket, preventing lateral slip. Hardware Needed: A few 6mm rod pins for the hinges, and standard countersunk wood screws for the brackets.

An air compressor adapter designed to interface a 1/4" NPT blow gun with a precise 3mm outer-diameter nozzle. The part features a clean, support-free geometry that steps inward as it prints, transitioning smoothly from a 14mm hex base up through the threads, capping off with a reinforced 1mm fillet at the base of the delicate tip. Print and Application Notes Print Orientation: Prints exactly as oriented (hex base flat on the bed). No supports are required for the threads, ceiling, or nozzle. Sealing: The threads are rendered straight rather than tapered—wrap with a couple of layers of PTFE thread tape to ensure a tight pneumatic seal when threading into the metal gun. Material: PETG or ABS is highly recommended over PLA to handle the pressure spikes and avoid brittleness at the tiny 1mm bore tip.
