Description
A standalone print-in-place ball bearing inside a 22x22mm square housing.
Designed originally to mount axles on a scratch-built mousetrap car chassis, the housing is completely flat on the back so you can glue or strap it exactly where you need it. Inside, the inner ring rides on twelve captured micro-spheres, keeping friction low without requiring external hardware.

This is a rugged, heavy-duty truck wheel designed to anchor the front-left corner of a modular exhibition chassis. Coming in at 78mm in diameter, it features a deep-dish rim, aggressive sidewall tread cuts, and a prominent central hub studded with hex lug nuts. Fabrication Notes Print Orientation: Flat on its back face. Overhangs: Sloped internal cavities mean it requires absolutely zero supports. Interface: Features an 8.2mm central clearance bore to slide onto standard chassis axles. Strength: Designed thick with minimal internal bridging for high impact resistance.
The keyboard belongs to you. The TV remote belongs to you. The oven dials are strictly off limits. But they still want to press buttons, and everything they reach for has a consequence. This console solves that. It’s a chunky, slanted control panel built to take a hammering. The throttle is a captive slider that prints fully in place—no assembly, just crack it loose and it glides. The giant red and green buttons sit on thin printed hinges, giving them enough flex to feel like a real press without needing actual springs or hardware. The dials and radar screen are solid topographic features that add tactile feedback without weak points. Printing Notes Dimensions: The base fits squarely on a 180x130mm footprint. Print-in-Place Clearance: The slider runs in an internal T-slot with a generous 0.5mm clearance on all sides, making it easy to free up on almost any FDM machine. Orientation: Designed to sit entirely flat on the build plate. The 13-degree slope of the panel is built into the geometry, so the internal bridges and tracks print parallel to the bed. Settings: Standard 0.2mm layer heights work beautifully. Three perimeters recommended to keep the compliant button hinges tough.
What it's for A custom TPU end cap for the seatpost of a Brompton folding bike. It acts as a resilient plug to prevent the folded bike from rolling, and pads the ground against scratches when the post is dropped. Dimensions Fitment: Engineered with 30.2 mm ribbed sections for a secure interference fit inside a 29.6 mm seat tube. Bumper Pad: 34.5 mm diameter to cleanly cover the 33 mm seatpost rim, featuring a 3 mm solid base section to take impact. Core: Deeply hollowed center for weight reduction and necessary wall flexibility, paired with a central pressure-relief hole to ensure clean seating without trapped air popping the plug loose. Print notes Intended for flexible materials like TPU. The thin-wall hollow structure allows the ribs to compress inwards on insertion, maintaining outward spring tension to hold the cap firmly in place.
A compact, print-in-place traveling nut mechanism designed to mount onto a 15mm diameter shaft. This stopper locks rotation exactly at 900 degrees (2.5 turns) in either direction. The inner blue sleeve slides over your 15mm shaft and secures with a standard M3 bolt and captive nut, while the outer orange traveler moves up and down the internal threads as the wheel turns. Fitment and Constraints Host Shaft: 15mm diameter. The bore is modeled at 15.2mm to allow for a snug fit. Rotation Limit: Exactly 900 degrees (2.5 turns), enforced by rigid top and bottom flanges. Assembly: Print-in-place. The mechanism prints fully assembled with 0.4mm radial clearance in the threads, permanently capturing the traveler nut between the outer flanges so it cannot back off. Installation Requirements: You must have a fixed block or housing wall nearby for the traveler nut's side tab to ride against; this prevents the nut from simply spinning with the shaft and forces it to travel linearly.
This lightweight hardware suite is designed for custom chassis builds, keeping the overall footprint low while providing a sturdy base. The components are arranged flat on the build plate for easy, support-free fabrication. Flight Hardware The Deck: A 50×55 mm central mounting plate. It features a solid 2 mm deck surrounded by a 3 mm retaining wall, ideal for corralling electronics or batteries. The Skids: Twin 50 mm long landing legs. They have been heavily cored out to reduce mass, leaving just a rugged 3 mm footprint and sturdy outer struts to handle hard landings.
Model truck wheels usually snap at the hub or require a nest of supports just to print the rims. This one prints entirely flat on the bed, bridging cleanly across the inner rim recess, with treads chunky enough to actually grip rough surfaces instead of spinning out. Specifications Diameter: 80 mm Width: 30 mm Axle: 8 mm hex shaft Print orientation: Flat on its side (no supports needed)
