Here's a baseline wide-brimmed hat shell, anchored around the 170x200mm elliptical clearance requested. It is built flat to maximize bed adhesion for large-format printers, treating the build plate as the brim's reference plane. You can pull the outer hull coordinates further out for a longer wingspan. Vein pattern: Driven by basic hulls intersecting the wing body. Easy to swap in your own grid or voronoi generator. Hinge tolerance: Locked at 0.4mm clearance on the barrels and pins, which works beautifully for standard PLA. If your printer over-extrudes, scale the pin down slightly.
