Description
A barebones active cooling enclosure designed to swallow a standard 120mm PC fan and keep a board chilled. The built-in snap-fit pegs mean you don't need hardware to mount the fan—just press it into the ceiling and let the flexible split cones lock over the flanges.

Aero — Windowed iPhone 13 Case
A custom-fit TPU or rigid shell for the iPhone 13. This model secures the device by preserving the upper retaining lip around the entire perimeter. The button zones have been converted from open edges into generous side windows—exposing the hardware for clean, tactile presses while maintaining the structural rigidity required for a snap-on fit. A modular desktop console base designed to securely dock and display a prop Arc Reactor. The underlying architecture prioritizes easy electronic integration without resorting to threaded inserts or messy glue. The chassis walls run at a lean 2 mm, shedding unnecessary material while preserving the rigid industrial aesthetic. Integration Points OLED Mount: A friction-fit slide track drops down directly behind the front JARVIS bezel, sized for a standard 0.96-inch (128x64) I2C OLED PCB (roughly 27.5 mm width). Control Board Cradle: The bottom service panel incorporates a built-in snap-fit cradle engineered for a standard ESP32 development board, positioned exactly in line with the rear USB-C access port. Reactor Mount: Features a 93 mm forward-pitched docking collar. Clearances: The top dock, bottom panel, and front bezel are modelled as separate bodies in the source for multi-part printing if needed, built with 0.4 mm clearances where they meet.

At 1.2mm overall thickness, it sits flat between the pages without stressing standard textbook or hardcover bindings, but may cause spine stretch if left for extended periods in tightly bound mass-market paperbacks. The button zones feature wide windows rather than thin button-covers, exposing the actual hardware so you get the real tactile click of the buttons without fighting the case material. Print Notes Fit Tolerance: Exact to the iPhone 13 body (71.5 mm x 146.7 mm). Material: TPU is highly recommended to let the lip flex over the screen edge. Rigid filaments like PETG will be a very tight snap-fit.
