Walls: 4mm thick for rigidity, stepping down seamlessly into the inner cavity. Exit: A simple 18mm front slot lets the tape pull freely without snagging. Both halves print flat on their outer faces without supports. If you find the friction fit too tight or too loose on your printer, the clearance parameter is the first thing to adjust.
