- Bore size: The internal cavity is 17.5mm wide, perfect for standard chapstick. Expand this if your preferred brand uses a wider tube.
- Thread clearance: Printed threads are built with a 0.6mm clearance to turn smoothly right off the bed.
- Alignment: When screwed shut, the character's face might not perfectly align with the buttons due to thread timing. A light sanding on the lip of the base will let you dial in the exact stopping point.
