Description
A pocket-sized briefcase designed to print as a single assembled piece. It lays completely flat on the print bed with a 0.4mm clearance built into the continuous hinge. Once it's off the bed, the two halves fold together and the split handle meets perfectly in the middle, secured by tiny friction-fit latches embedded in the side walls.
This is a blank canvas for organizing whatever tiny parts you deal with daily. The base setup is 90x60mm, but you can safely scale or gut it:

Remix Hooks This design is built on a few key parameters that are begging to be tweaked depending on what you want to use it for: Wall Thickness: Currently set to 2mm for a solid feel. Clearance: Set to 0.4mm gap between rings. If your printer is finely tuned, drop this to 0.2mm or 0.3mm for tighter tolerances. Height: Currently 8mm, but you can scale this up on the Z-axis to turn them into nesting tubes. Inner Diameter: Starts exactly at 25mm to fit over standard dowels or large fingers.
