The key secures firmly into the 3mm slot using a standard 1.75mm filament snippet as a locking pin. Features High-Torque Geometry: Configured to be printed flat on the build plate. This aligns the layer lines perpendicular to the turning force, ensuring the handle won't shear under pressure. Flush Pin Clamping: The locking pin passage is counterbored. Filament only needs to be threaded through the center, and snipped ends stay fully recessed to prevent scratching.
