A bespoke acoustic horn designed to couple directly with 1-3/8" threaded compression drivers, engineered for high-efficiency hyperbolic loading down to 1200Hz. The internal acoustic path executes a mathematically rigorous transition from a 35mm circular throat to a 194x134mm superelliptical (squircle) mouth, maintaining exact expansion rates without stepping or transitional artifacts.
Acoustic & Mechanical Geometry
- Expansion Profile: Hyperbolic (m = 0.45, k = 3.0), optimized for maximum acoustic impedance matching in a compact depth.
- Throat Integration: Built-in 1-3/8"-18 TPI female thread mounts standard pro-audio drivers directly, with the acoustic flare beginning exactly at the thread boundary to eliminate internal turbulence steps.
- Surface Topography: Generated as a single continuous geometric mesh to ensure a completely smooth fluid path from driver to mouth.
- Mounting Setup: Sized at 210x150mm to clear standard 220mm print beds, featuring countersunk M4 clearance holes spaced at 186x126mm.

Faceted SimHub Button Box
A clean, industrial-styled button box designed for sim racing rigs, controlling Wind, Pedals, and Bass Shakers via SimHub. The enclosure uses a faceted, dodecahedron-inspired geometry to eliminate flat overhangs and keep the footprint small. Snap-Fit Assembly Racing Car
A 7-piece flat-pack assembly car. The chassis is a solid block with a hollowed pillar cabin and deeply recessed wheel wells, keeping the 22mm wheels tightly tucked. The axles press-fit into the wheels while spinning freely through the body. Remixing and clearances The critical dimensions are simple to tweak if you want to swap styles or tune the fit: Axle clearance: The axles are 5.0mm diameter, press-fitting into 5.15mm holes in the wheels. If your printer over-extrudes, scale the axles down by a fraction of a percent. Body spin: The chassis holes are 6.5mm, giving a loose, friction-free spin. Wheel wells: Currently 28mm diameter cutters for a 22mm wheel. You can size the wheels up to 25mm before they start rubbing the chassis. Stance: The axles are 38mm long. The chassis spans 30mm, leaving exactly 4mm on each side for the wheels to sit flush in their wells.

Support-Free Windows: Modeled as deep structural recesses rather than complete cutouts, preserving the strong solid core of the model. Embossed Lettering: Thick 1.5mm 3D lettering cleanly fused to the hull. Support-Free Mirrors: The side mirrors feature a smooth 45-degree brace underneath, eliminating the need for delicate breakaway supports. 120mm Scale: Exactly 120mm bumper-to-bumper.
School Bus with Flat Chassis
Most printed vehicles fail because the wheels are left hanging on fragile pegs or the chassis sits at an odd angle that demands heavy scaffolding. This model fixes that. The chassis and the tires all bottom out exactly at zero, so the whole block sits dead flat on the build plate. The wheels are deeply anchored into the body via solid internal axles — no snap-offs, no thin joints, and absolutely zero internal voids to confuse the slicer. Print details Dimensions: 120 mm total length, 45 mm wide (at the wheels), 50 mm tall. Wall thickness: Core is completely solid; window recesses leave a 36 mm thick central pillar. Overhangs: Window frames drop in by 1 mm, wheel arches span smoothly, and mirrors sit flush. No supports needed.
