Description
Industrial structural bridge for mounting a 4040 V-slot extrusion parallel to a standard 40mm round pipe.
This design strips away unnecessary bulk while maintaining high structural rigidity through an internal cross-braced truss. The main arm carries dual clamping faces, mating with custom outer caps that secure via standard M5 hardware.
- Dual-Clamp System: Full wrap-around clamps for both the 40mm pipe and the 40x40 extrusion.
- Tension Gaps: 1mm built-in clearance on the clamping faces ensures the bolts can bite down properly without the halves bottoming out.
- Weight Reduction: Large through-holes cut into the web remove non-structural mass and reduce print time, leaving an I-beam-like internal structure.
- Hardware: Uses standard M5 bolts. The main arm includes integrated hex catches for standard M5 nuts, while the outer caps feature counterbores for the bolt heads.

60mm OD Flanged 45° Pipe
60mm outer diameter flanged pipe with a 45-degree elbow. Features a continuous 56mm inner bore with a 2mm wall thickness. The 100mm OD flange is positioned exactly 30mm from the base and runs 3mm thick. Check your clamp or mating collar against the flange thickness and 100mm outer diameter. No mounting holes are drilled; this part is built for bonded or slip-fit assemblies where the 56mm internal passage must remain entirely unobstructed.

Clinical Auto-Retracting Tape Mount
A functional, single-piece, print-in-place wrist mount for an oval retractable tape measure, designed specifically for clinical nerve conduction studies. This iteration adds two key features requested by the clinician: Captive Retention: The top lip now has a deep 2.5mm overhang, completely trapping the tape measure so it cannot fall out during active movement. The side scallops were raised to keep the lip rigid and continuous. Auto-Retract Cantilever: The floor features an integrated, FDM-compliant C-shaped flexure tongue holding a 4.5mm domed pressure pad. When the tape measure is snapped in, this boss continuously depresses the central retract button, allowing the user to simply pull the tape out and let go for immediate automatic retraction. Setup and Usage Snap the 65×59mm tape measure in button-side down. Thread a standard 20mm or 22mm fabric strap through the side loops for a comfortable, non-restrictive fit on the forearm. Prints flat on its base without supports.
