A build-it-yourself, chunky two-speed constant-mesh transmission designed for clear mechanical demonstration. All gears and shafts are laid out flat for straightforward printing.
Design Features
- Two-Speed Setup: Includes a 15-tooth and 25-tooth spur gear arrangement.
- Constant Mesh: The gears are always engaged. A sliding dog clutch (the purple slider) locks the freely spinning gears to the output shaft to change the ratio.
- Assembly: Parts drop onto the base frame's posts. The high gear goes on the top of the output shaft (pocket facing down), the low gear goes on the bottom (pocket facing up), and the slider sits in between them on the hex shaft.

90° Bevel Gearbox Assembly
A fully functional 90-degree bevel gearbox connecting an 8mm hex shaft to a 5mm hex shaft. The robust L-shaped housing is split cleanly down the center for easy, support-free printing and simple assembly. Specifications Transmission: 1:1 ratio bevel gears (16 teeth, 90-degree mesh). Input/Output: Built-in 8mm and 5mm hex bores, oversized by 0.2mm to accommodate standard FDM tolerances. Mounting Interfaces: Four 4.3mm clearance holes on each face flange, arranged in a 25mm square pattern. Assembly: The housing halves are clamped together automatically when bolted to a surface using the face flanges; an extra M3 hole in the rear corner provides optional tightening. All pieces print flat without supports.

Heavy-Duty Weed Puller
A heavy-duty dandelion digger and weed puller. Features a thick, ergonomic handle, a pronounced leverage bump (fulcrum) to easily pry stubborn roots, and a deep V-notch to slice right through taproots. The geometry is deliberately aligned to lay completely flat on its side. This achieves two things: Zero supports: The entire side profile sits directly on the bed. Maximum strength: Levering tools often snap under pressure if printed upright. By laying it sideways, the printing layer lines run the entire length of the shaft, absorbing the levering force seamlessly. Specifications Overall Length: 240mm Thickness: 20mm uniform width Suggested Print Settings: 4+ perimeters and high infill for optimal rigidity.
Packout M18 Router Insert
What it's for A custom drop-in tray engineered to convert a half-section of a Standard Milwaukee Packout Organizer into a dedicated M18 router station. It features a contoured cradle for the router body with its battery attached, a wide pocket for the base plate, a large accessory bay for the edge guide and wrench, and a 12-slot storage grid for 1/4-inch shank router bits. Scalloped finger pulls make it easy to lift the router out. Dimensions Footprint: 280 mm × 200 mm Height: 60 mm Bit Storage: 12 holes, 7.2 mm diameter (for easy clearance of standard 1/4" shanks) Print notes Given the large 280 mm length, this will require a reasonably large print bed. A robust infill (15–20% gyroid) is recommended to support the weight of the tool. The design rests entirely flat on the build plate and requires no supports.
Gridfinity Double Fiskars Slim 4x2 Dock
A custom Gridfinity-compatible tool tray designed to dock two Fiskars Pro Retractable Utility Knives. The knives drop vertically into precisely angled slots, while a cubby has room for a bunch of 80x18mm utility blades. What it's for Keeps your primary utility knives loaded, upright, and instantly grabbable, with spare blades tucked right underneath. Dimensions Footprint: Standard 4x2 Gridfinity base. Knives: 13-degree rear tilt for easy handle clearance. Blade Cubby: 90x64x27mm internal volume, with a 6mm retaining lip. Remix Ideas Extend the depth to a 4x3 footprint if you want to add slots for marker pens or rulers in front of the blades. Adjust the blade cubby lip height if you use custom-printed blade dispensers instead of the factory packs.

A highly functional Gridfinity-compatible dock tailored for the Fiskars Pro Retractable Utility Knife (model 770210-1001), now remixed into an ultra-slim 4x1 form factor. Standing the knife securely on its side allows it to drop into tight spaces without eating up valuable pegboard or drawer real estate. Design Features 4x1 Gridfinity Base: Minimises footprint; perfect for slotting into long gaps between wider trays. Vertical Docking: Seats the knife securely on its side while leaving the handle prominent for quick grabs.
