Description
A complete electromechanical housing built around a standard 1602 LCD and twin SG90 servos. The rear section is split into upper and lower decks: the upper deck holds four gravity-fed medicine hoppers, which drop through a shelf into a dual-funnel lower bay that deposits tablets into a single central collection cup.
Fitment and Clearances
- Actuators: Dual 23×12 mm mounting blocks in the rear base fit standard SG90 9-gram servos.
- Tolerances: The slider tracks inside the hoppers are 2.5 mm tall for a 2 mm gate, leaving 0.5 mm of vertical clearance to prevent binding on FDM prints.
- Linkages: Each slider gate has a 3 mm peg designed to take standard servo pushrods.
- Electronics: Front bay handles a standard 1602 display, KCD11 rocker switch (15×10 mm bore), and a Type-C TP4056 board.
Check your servo horn sweep radius before committing to the print — if you are using extended horns, you may need to clip them to clear the internal dividing wall.
