Description
A wedge-profile retaining fork designed to slide radially onto a 17mm shaft or groove without flexing.
It replaces standard wrap-around snap rings or C-clips where rigid materials prevent a snap-fit.

5mm Solid Mounting Pin
A solid, non-threaded structural pin designed for aligning and securing aluminum frame extrusions. Modeled with an undersized shaft to account for dimensional expansion during printing. 5mm Round Head Pin
A plain round-headed hardware blank, sized to match standard 5mm metric fasteners but stripped of threads and drive features. Modification Points Dimensions: 5mm shaft diameter, 32mm shaft length (35mm overall). Tolerances: Prints exactly at 5mm. Scale the shaft down slightly (or drill your target hole) if you need a slip fit. Derivatives: Easy to modify into a clevis pin by adding a cross-hole near the tip, or cut a slot across the top to return it to a flathead.

60mm OD Flanged 45° Pipe
60mm outer diameter flanged pipe with a 45-degree elbow. Features a continuous 56mm inner bore with a 2mm wall thickness. The 100mm OD flange is positioned exactly 30mm from the base and runs 3mm thick. Check your clamp or mating collar against the flange thickness and 100mm outer diameter. No mounting holes are drilled; this part is built for bonded or slip-fit assemblies where the 56mm internal passage must remain entirely unobstructed.
