Description
A True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbud enclosure tailored for custom internals. The main exterior plate commands an exact 27 mm footprint, housing a domed chassis ergonomically tapered toward the ear canal.
The structure includes exact hollows for:
- A Ø13 × 3 mm PCB
- A 401012 battery (4 × 10 × 12 mm)
- An 11.5 mm acoustic speaker
The angled acoustic nozzle features a locking lip, allowing the included silicone ear tip to snap securely into place while remaining fully removable.

TWS Clamshell Enclosure

Arc Reactor Docking Console
A modular desktop console base designed to securely dock and display a prop Arc Reactor. The underlying architecture prioritizes easy electronic integration without resorting to threaded inserts or messy glue. The chassis walls run at a lean 2 mm, shedding unnecessary material while preserving the rigid industrial aesthetic. Integration Points OLED Mount: A friction-fit slide track drops down directly behind the front JARVIS bezel, sized for a standard 0.96-inch (128x64) I2C OLED PCB (roughly 27.5 mm width). Control Board Cradle: The bottom service panel incorporates a built-in snap-fit cradle engineered for a standard ESP32 development board, positioned exactly in line with the rear USB-C access port. Reactor Mount: Features a 93 mm forward-pitched docking collar. Clearances: The top dock, bottom panel, and front bezel are modelled as separate bodies in the source for multi-part printing if needed, built with 0.4 mm clearances where they meet.

A two-piece, snap-fit acoustic silencer for a standard 10-hole diatonic harmonica (like the Fender Blues Deluxe). Features a continuous lip opening for unrestricted playing across all 10 holes. Integrated three-chamber acoustic labyrinth forces exhaust air and sound through a tortuous path, reducing volume while maintaining airflow. Internal cavity includes space for 4mm acoustic foam (to be added manually). 6-point integrated snap-fit and alignment pin system requires no extra hardware. Print both halves flat on the build plate. No supports should be strictly necessary for the main geometry.
Harmonica Acoustic Labyrinth Muffler
A parametric, two-part acoustic enclosure built to mute a 10-hole harmonica without changing how it plays. The design features an unobstructed front opening so your embouchure stays natural, and routes the exhaust air through a rear labyrinth of baffles. The enclosure leaves a dedicated internal gap for you to line with acoustic foam before snapping the halves together. Remix Hooks Harmonica Dimensions: Base sizes are set to 100×27×20mm, but easily tweaked for other harps. Lip Opening: Currently 94×9mm. Widen it if it restricts your airflow, shrink it if you want maximum suppression. Foam Gap: Set to 4mm by default. Adjust this based on the specific acoustic material you plan to insert. Labyrinth Depth: The rear exhaust baffles can be extended if you have room for a larger overall footprint.
