Description
A rigid 280 × 200 × 90 mm printed enclosure designed specifically for an ESP32-based multi-zone plant irrigation controller.
The layout divides the internal volume into three distinct areas: high-current power distribution on the left, six MOSFET drivers in the center, and the low-voltage microcontroller logic on the right. An extra-wide central cable channel runs between the two rows of MOSFETs, and all high-traffic access areas—like screw terminals and adjustment dials—have generous working clearances.
The outer walls feature deep U-slots for cables, cut from the top edge so the main flat lid traps them cleanly in place without relying on separate cable glands.

A heavily reinforced Y-shaped hose connector built specifically to merge two fluid lines into one. Designed for 8mm inner-diameter flexible tubing, it uses a solid central hub rather than thin overlapping walls, ensuring the part handles pressure without snapping at the junction. The internal geometry is sculpted to maintain flow: a 6mm channel through the main body prevents a bottleneck at the merge, smoothly necking down to 5mm inside the barbs to guarantee thick, watertight perimeters where the plastic gets thinnest. A precision flat cut on the underside allows the entire assembly to drop straight onto the build plate, completely eliminating the need for support material. Remix Hooks & Constraints Hose Fit: The double barbs peak at 8.5mm OD and drop to a 7.2mm valley, grabbing 8mm ID silicone or vinyl hose tightly. Print Settings: Built for PETG or ABS. Use 4 to 5 perimeters to ensure watertightness and maximum mechanical strength against bending forces. Scaling: Scaling up works cleanly for larger hose (e.g., 125% for 10mm ID), but scaling down is not recommended as the internal channel will restrict flow and the walls may drop below the required thickness for a watertight seal.
M18 threaded bulkhead fitting engineered to pass an 8mm inner-diameter irrigation hose securely through a plastic tank lid. Interface: M18x2 thread with an independent hex locking nut. Sealing: Recessed O-ring groove on the interior flange face (2.5mm wide) to provide a watertight seal against the tank wall. Hose Barb: Double retaining barbs with a reinforced transition cone to handle clamping forces. Clearance: The hex nut is designed to slide freely over the 10.2mm barbs and internal threads are sized for clean printing in PETG. Both components are oriented to print flat on the bed without supports.
A tailored sealing plate built to cap off a 48 mm port while cleanly passing through four heavy-gauge wires. The stepped rear boss drops straight into the MDF cutout, leaving the broad outer flange to hold the seal tight against the cabinet face. Build Details Main flange: 75 mm diameter Alignment boss: 48 mm diameter (8 mm depth) Routing ports: Four centered holes sized for 2.5 mm² speaker wire Hardware: Countersunk for 3 mm fasteners on a 43 mm square layout
A 120mm diameter by 120mm tall self-watering planter designed to keep moisture-sensitive plants like basil alive. The bottom 30mm acts as a dedicated water reservoir, separated from the soil by a perforated platform and a central wicking column. A built-in fill tube routes water directly to the base, while a side window at the 15mm mark provides a visual water level check and acts as a hard overflow drain to prevent drowning the roots. Starting Points for Remixing Scale and Proportions: Overall footprint is 120x120mm. Stretching the Z-axis is straightforward, but requires manually offsetting the 30mm platform and 15mm overflow window to maintain the reservoir geometry. Platform Flow: The internal drainage perforations are currently set to 3.5mm. Widen these for coarse chunky soil mixes, or tighten the grid spacing for more aggressive root aeration. Wicking Column: The central 40mm wicking cone drops to the base with 10mm side slits. Depending on the soil's capillary action, adjusting the slit height changes how quickly the topsoil hydrates. Print Pairings: Prints as one solid piece without supports. Best paired with PETG for long-term water tightness and UV resistance if placed on a windowsill.
Brooms that crash to the floor the moment a closet door closes are a solvable problem. This replacement end cap drops directly over a standard Vileda metal handle, replacing the stock hang loop with a massive, open hook that funnels right onto a closet bar without binding. The top arch features a flattened plateau. Flip the model onto this face in your slicer, and the entire assembly prints cleanly upside down without supports. Fitment Details Handle sleeve: 25.7 mm bore drops straight over the bare metal stick, seating the internal mushroom anchor. Hook clearance: U-channel accommodates hanging rods up to 27.5 mm. Print specs: Support-free when oriented on the flat top face; use PETG for impact resistance.
A structural insert built to elevate a 9-inch plastic nursery pot inside a decorative ceramic planter. Standing 3 inches tall, it provides a solid base while allowing standing water to drain clear of the roots. The top deck uses a concentric ring and spoke pattern — significantly stronger and faster to lay down than a square grid. The load is carried outward to four tapered pillars set directly under the main intersections. Remix Hooks Total Height: Built at 76.2 mm (3 inches), but the leg pillars can be stretched or squished to match any outer pot depth. Deck Thickness: Starts at 6 mm to handle a 20 lb load without bowing. Leg Taper: Set at 24 mm at the base narrowing to 18 mm at the top — widen the base if you need it to sit on a softer medium instead of a hard ceramic bottom.
