Garage Vent to 6-Inch Adapter
A custom 2-part venting adapter designed to connect a 360x210mm drywall vent gap to a standard 6-inch exhaust duct. Two-Part Assembly: Splits perfectly down the middle with a 10mm external flat flange for easy gluing. Tapered Male Fitting: Connects securely inside standard 6-inch ducting. Wall Vent Fan Adapter
A custom transition duct that connects a rectangular wall vent to a round inline fan port. The geometry funnels air 90 degrees upward into the fan while maintaining a smooth internal path to minimize turbulence and noise. Features included: Inlet: 360x210mm rectangular opening with a flat back. Outlet: 157mm internal diameter socket positioned 116mm outward and 250mm high. Mounting: Six countersunk holes for #6 wood screws on the top and side flanges. Sealing: Integrated channels for foam tape on the rear of the flange and the underside of the bottom foot.
Inline Fan Duct Adapter
A large, wedge-shaped adapter designed to redirect airflow from a standard rectangular wall vent up into a wall-mounted inline duct fan. Wall Interface: Features a 400x230mm mounting flange that sits flat against the wall, dropping flush onto a concrete footing at the base for structural support. Airflow Path: Converges a 360x210mm rectangular intake into a 6-inch (157mm ID) straight-sided vertical socket. All internal corners are filleted to prevent sharp airflow turns, minimizing stall and turbulence noise. Sealing: Includes an 8mm foam tape channel around the back of the flange and a 12mm channel under the bottom foot to ensure a tight seal against both drywall and concrete. This version features a modular two-piece base, splitting the long ground stake away from the main distribution body. Connections: Four 1/2" PEX barbs form a versatile hub. Unused branches can be sealed with the included block-off cap. Metering: A threaded upper cap with an internal conical needle regulates flow rate out of a 2mm orifice. Removable Stake: A heavy-duty 6-inch threaded stake screws firmly into the bottom of the hub, printing flat for strength. Printing Note: The separated stake prints easily lying down, while the base requires supports beneath the horizontal barbs to print correctly on the bed.
