Instead of a long, sweeping plumbing radius, this model pulls the corner in as tight as physically possible—bringing the outer inner corner to a sharp point while maintaining a 2 mm smooth transitional radius on the interior flow path to prevent sharp turbulence. Dimensions Outer Diameter: 60 mm Inner Diameter: 56 mm Wall Thickness: Constant 2 mm Straight Sections: 30 mm on each end Print notes Orient the pipe flat on its side (as positioned by default) to print entirely without supports. Split Snap-Fit Birdhouse
A split-body birdhouse designed for tiny printers, featuring lap siding, keyhole wall mounts, built-in feeding cups, and custom text. The main hurdle with small build volumes is Z-height limitations. Slicing the birdhouse straight down the middle solves this by turning a tall footprint into two shallow halves. It's been modeled with built-in alignment pegs and holes right in the wall cavities, meaning the two halves press-fit together flawlessly. Slicing Instructions Orientation: Drop both halves into your slicer and use the auto-lay-flat tool to place their wide cut faces flat on the bed. Scale: Thanks to the split, the total assembled height is now 109mm. Because they are split, the halves can be rotated diagonally to fit easily within a 100x100mm plate limit. Supports: None needed. The awning, feeding cups, and pitched roof are all engineered to bridge cleanly from the flat split plane upwards.

Ballasted Tomato Planter With Cage
Dwarf tomato plants inevitably turn into top-heavy messes that tip over their cheap nursery pots, and generic wire cages never quite fit the rim. This solves both. A heavy-bottomed, 12-inch tall planter shaped specifically to keep a top-heavy plant grounded. The wide 10-inch base drops into an 8-inch waist before swelling back out to give the root ball room, ending in an 8-inch mouth. The bottom inch detaches as a flush-fit drainage saucer, while the rim features deep, built-in sockets. The included custom cage drops directly into those sockets for a rigid 4-inch scaffold that won't slide sideways in the dirt. Sizing & Assembly Total Volume: ~3.2 gallons. Clearances: 0.5mm slip-fit for the saucer joint, 1mm clearance for the cage legs dropping into the rim. Layout: The pot, saucer, and cage are laid out side-by-side. The pot requires a 300x300mm class Z-axis to print at its intended 12-inch scale.
