Print notes
Given the small 1.55 mm bore and fine module 0.5 teeth, a resin printer or an FDM machine with a 0.2 mm nozzle and highly calibrated flow is recommended. If printing on standard 0.4 mm FDM, horizontal expansion (XY compensation) may be needed to keep the bore true to size.

Snap-Fit Poultry Band
A heavy-duty, flex-to-fit poultry leg band designed for easy application on turkeys. Customizing the Fit Band Diameter: Currently scaled for roughly a 1-inch (25.4mm) leg, making it suitable for mature turkeys. Band Width: The height along the leg is half an inch (12.7mm). The Hinge: The back of the ring thins out to 1mm to create a living hinge. You can thicken this if your material is exceptionally soft, or thin it further if you are using a stiffer PLA. The Lock: Features a horizontal bulb snap-fit. The locking pin squeezes through the entry gap and clicks into an enclosed cavity, keeping it secure even during movement. Adjust the bulb diameter or cavity clearance depending on your printer's tolerance.
