Description
A custom Gridfinity-compatible tool tray designed to dock two Fiskars Pro Retractable Utility Knives. The knives drop vertically into precisely angled slots, while a cubby has room for a bunch of 80x18mm utility blades.

Plush Canvas Boundary Gauge
A stark, unyielding boundary for plotting out your plushie features. This gauge isolates a perfect 100 by 100 millimeter square, stripping away the bulky machine clips and mounting hardware of a traditional Janome SQ10b hoop to leave only the raw workable area. Pressed directly against a curved fabric face, it frames exactly where the needle can reach before the machine ever turns on. Internal Canvas: Exactly 100 × 100 mm with dead-sharp corners to preserve the true bounding box. Outer Profile: 120 × 120 mm with gently eased 3 mm corners to prevent snagging the pile. Gauge Thickness: A low-profile 3 mm drop, stiff enough to frame the fabric without bowing.
T-Shaped Mounting Blocks
A pair of 40mm tall, T-shaped mounting blocks designed to bolt flush against flat surfaces. Both versions feature 4.5mm clearance holes with deep 45-degree countersinks sized for 9mm screw heads. Two-Hole Block: Dual mounting points vertically spaced at 10mm and 30mm for rigid anti-rotation fixing. One-Hole Block: Single central mounting point at 20mm height. Dimensions: 20x20mm main body with a 5x30mm mounting flange. Tolerances: 2mm corner rounding on all vertical edges to relieve stress and ease printing.

A simple 68x80mm rectangular mounting plate with a 1mm thickness, fitted with four 18.5mm through-holes. Remix and Adjust Plate Thickness: Currently at 1mm for a fast, flush fit. If you need it to bear weight, bump this up to 3mm or 5mm. Hole Clearance: The 18.5mm holes are sized to give half a millimeter of wiggle room on standard 18mm hardware. Hole Spacing: Spaced at 34mm across the short axis and 40mm along the long axis. Adjust those translate distances if your mounting hardware changes.

A specialized, low-profile custom plate designed to tight dimensional constraints. Measuring exactly 1mm thick, it provides a precise mounting or spacing surface with asymmetrical bore sizes. Specifications: Dimensions: 50mm length, 25mm width, 1mm thickness. Primary Bore: 18.5mm diameter. Secondary Bore: 16.5mm diameter. Clearances: Exactly 5mm of material left between the outer edges and the bores, as well as between the bores themselves.
Clinical Auto-Retracting Tape Mount
A functional, single-piece, print-in-place wrist mount for an oval retractable tape measure, designed specifically for clinical nerve conduction studies. This iteration adds two key features requested by the clinician: Captive Retention: The top lip now has a deep 2.5mm overhang, completely trapping the tape measure so it cannot fall out during active movement. The side scallops were raised to keep the lip rigid and continuous. Auto-Retract Cantilever: The floor features an integrated, FDM-compliant C-shaped flexure tongue holding a 4.5mm domed pressure pad. When the tape measure is snapped in, this boss continuously depresses the central retract button, allowing the user to simply pull the tape out and let go for immediate automatic retraction. Setup and Usage Snap the 65×59mm tape measure in button-side down. Thread a standard 20mm or 22mm fabric strap through the side loops for a comfortable, non-restrictive fit on the forearm. Prints flat on its base without supports.
