A three-part door wedge designed specifically for metal doors, using a rigid PLA+ core and softer TPU traction pads for the floor and door faces. The shallow taper is tuned for tight clearances.

- Wedge Profile: Currently sits at 80mm long and 30mm wide, climbing from 3mm to 14mm. You can push
h_maxup if your door gap varies, or widen it for heavier industrial doors. - Pad Thickness: The recesses are 1.5mm deep holding 3mm thick pads. Deepen the recess if you want thicker TPU for more squish.
- Grip Geometry: The ridges are currently 2mm cylinders spaced 8mm apart. Swap them for a diamond knurl or thicker bars if your floor is particularly slick.

Connections: Dual 1/2" PEX barbs form a continuous horizontal run. Metering: A threaded upper cap with an internal conical needle regulates flow rate out of a 2mm orifice. Flow Bypass: Cutaway slots on the stem threads let water escape radially beneath the cap once cracked open.
