Description
This is a 1U rackmount adapter specifically sized to hold a TP-Link ER605 router and an OC200 hardware controller side-by-side.
Because standard 19" rack widths don't fit on everyday print beds, the mount is split down the middle into two halves that lock together with a snug puzzle-piece joint. The devices slide directly into the support sleeves from the front.

Meet the CoilFlex — a USB-C strain relief boot that balances rigid stability for the connector head with a flexible, coiled tail for the cable. By applying a helical cut pattern to the tail section while preserving a solid spine at the base, it allows the cable to bend naturally without kinking, while the solid front block keeps the delicate connector joint perfectly immobile. Features Rigid Connector Housing: Perfectly sized to hold the 10mm head section motionless. Spiral Flex-Tail: Allows the cable section to bend under stress without pinching. Snap-In Top: A continuous top channel lets you easily press the cable into place. Tapered Transition: Smoothly steps down from the connector block to the coil.

A widened shell and cooling lid for the Comcast/Rogers XB6 gateway, expanding the footprint to actively cool the board. The original individual rear ports have been cleared out for a single, large 100x120mm IO cutout at the base, meaning it drops directly over the board without binding on the varying jack alignments between the Arris and Technicolor revisions. Dimensions Host Footprint: The case footprint has been widened to 135x135mm to cleanly seat a standard 120mm PC case fan without overhang. Lid Assembly: The lid features a 116mm bore and standard 105mm spaced mounts for standard 120x25mm case fans. Check your fan depth before printing if you intend to use a thicker radiator. Airflow Base: Lifted on 10mm standoff feet to ensure bottom intake clearance.
A 3D-printable protective case sized perfectly for the PocketBook Touch HD 3. The e-reader slides into a retaining tray from the top edge. The front cover wraps around the front and snaps onto the side edge of the tray with a friction clasp, keeping the screen fully shielded in transit. Bottom cutouts ensure access to the power button and charging port. Printing & Assembly Separated Plates: The front and back shells are separate objects, so they fit nicely on smaller printers (like an A1 Mini). Just use your slicer's "Split to Objects" function and move one half to a second plate. Hinge Pin: Included is a flat-bottomed hinge pin. Slide it through the aligned knuckles once both halves are printed. (Alternatively, a length of 1.75mm filament works perfectly). Dimensions: Expect an overall length of 167mm. Tolerances are relaxed (0.5mm) on the hinge to ensure free movement straight away.

A single-octave, print-in-place keyboard array. Built on a common back-rail using living hinges, allowing each key to travel independently when pressed. Specifications Action: 1.0mm flexure (living hinge) Clearances: 0.6mm gap between neighboring keycaps Dimensions: Standard octave proportioning, miniaturized for rapid printing Material Note: Requires PETG or a reasonably ductile PLA to prevent flexure snapping after repeated cycles.

Raspberry Pi Pico enclosure designed for the standard 51x21mm board footprint. It fits the Pico 1, Pico W, Pico 2, and Pico 2 W natively. The top shell includes pass-through slots at standard 0.7-inch pitch to clear upward-facing headers, alongside a thumb-cut for the BOOTSEL button and a Micro-USB trench on the base. Fitment Notes Mounting Interface: Drops onto four 1.5mm standoffs matching the factory 47x17mm hole pattern. Hardware: Requires four M2 self-tapping screws (or M2x8 machine screws) for the corners. Incompatibilities: Does not fit stretched third-party clone boards (e.g., 53mm lengths) or boards with downward-facing headers soldered for breadboard use.
A minimalist desktop stand that holds a standard 4x6-inch index card in landscape orientation. The frame is tilted back at 15 degrees for optimal reading from a seated position, and features an open-top U-shape slot so cards can be dropped in or swapped out instantly. No Supports Required: Prints perfectly flat on its base, with the frame angled to avoid steep overhangs on the inner cavity. Drop-In Fit: Sized at 154mm x 103mm internally to easily accommodate standard and slightly oversized cards. 4mm Retaining Lip: Overlaps the bottom and sides of the card just enough to hold it flat without covering your text.
