Description
This is a 1U rackmount adapter specifically sized to hold a TP-Link ER605 router and an OC200 hardware controller side-by-side.
Because standard 19" rack widths don't fit on everyday print beds, the mount is split down the middle into two halves that lock together with a snug puzzle-piece joint. The devices slide directly into the support sleeves from the front.
Design notes
- Sleeve design: The open-topped rear trays print natively without supports when the faceplate is laid flat on the bed.
- Tolerances: The center dovetail includes a 0.2mm clearance to ensure the two halves slide together cleanly right off the plate.
- Mounting: Standard 1U oval slots give a bit of wiggle room for cage nuts.

Dimensions Host Footprint: The case footprint has been widened to 135x135mm to cleanly seat a standard 120mm PC case fan without overhang. Lid Assembly: The lid features a 116mm bore and standard 105mm spaced mounts for standard 120x25mm case fans. Check your fan depth before printing if you intend to use a thicker radiator. Airflow Base: Lifted on 10mm standoff feet to ensure bottom intake clearance.
Split E-Reader Folio Case
A 3D-printable protective case sized perfectly for the PocketBook Touch HD 3. The e-reader slides into a retaining tray from the top edge. The front cover wraps around the front and snaps onto the side edge of the tray with a friction clasp, keeping the screen fully shielded in transit. Bottom cutouts ensure access to the power button and charging port. Printing & Assembly Separated Plates: The front and back shells are separate objects, so they fit nicely on smaller printers (like an A1 Mini). Just use your slicer's "Split to Objects" function and move one half to a second plate. Hinge Pin: Included is a flat-bottomed hinge pin. Slide it through the aligned knuckles once both halves are printed. (Alternatively, a length of 1.75mm filament works perfectly). Dimensions: Expect an overall length of 167mm. Tolerances are relaxed (0.5mm) on the hinge to ensure free movement straight away.
