Sized to 43.8mm inner diameter to provide clearance for FDM tolerances. Top (Male): Provides a 1.0" (25.4mm) male thread for the old cap. Sized to 25.2mm outer diameter so the factory plastic cap won't bind. Pitch: Modeled at roughly 6 TPI (4.23mm pitch), standard for most coarse bottle threads. Printing: The internal ceiling flat-bridges the gap from the wide base down to the 16mm bore. Prints as oriented without supports.
